@dani thanx for such a quick reply mate .... yeah even i was thinkin bout that and you know what the headphones bundled with walkman fones made my decision kinda biased towards that .... i heard the sound of one w300 my friend with megabass on and to be honest i found it better than my i pod so i dont really feel the necessity of carrying two devices as i really dont care about the cool factor with the ipods lol and yeah u even have the radio here :)

to be honest with you, if you want the best Music Quality through headphones Walkman Phones are the Best for that! unbeatable!
i recommend W610i for that! and also Great Battery Life!
6233's Music Quality is great through the speakers obviously...but earphones the sound is Normal it wont excite no Music Fan..i own both W850i and 6233 ..W850i is Best for Music and Battery Life!

hi guys can someone please give me an honest answer about the music quality of this phone thru headphones ( not the speakers ) , i own a nokia 6300 and i am sick of it have to charge it atleast twice a day .... and i dont mind selling that off and geting this one if it is worth it , or else i will buy some walkman phone which come bundled with some really great headphones and good battery which 6300 lacks and i hate it for that

@carloud, just chilling man, ya it was fun to read k550 and n82 and n95 forum, they are just going GA Ga over 5MP cameras, they dont remember that samsung had launched 10 MP cdma phone with optical zoom way back in 2006 in south korea, but strange not elswhere, but i am satisfied with mine nokia 6233,i just love this best NONONSENSE phone.

when recording a video you can actually use "push to talk" or at least summon the menu up in order to not let people know that you are recording a video!!!

Wow I've been using this phone since the 20th of Oct last year and it's still amazing though I'm currently saving up for a Nokia 6120 classic ^^
Am using only a 128MB memory card and planning to buy 2GB card soon ^^

themes on the fone rock, music rocks only thing missing is flash overall it is even louder than n73ME, it rocks go for it.........

@LALIT,flash lite 2.1 for series 40 is available on a pre-installed basis only; you cant download a 2.1 on your 6233 which already has 1.1 version, i think series 40 (5th edition) have 2.1 flash lite version installed in it like 5310 and 5610. 6233 is a series 40 (3rd edition) mobile, so you cant installed 2.1 version on it.

Any one succeed to connect the phone with PC by bluetooth and use internet? So that we don't have to by extra usb cable?
I've tried with N70, file transfer ok but failed to connect to internet.
If it is not possible, I won't mind buying USB cable for this masterpiece.

Nokia 6233 is a nice phone and i love it though it's not a series60 phone but i enjoy the bluetooth 2.0 which works perfectly with my bluetooth wireless earpiece.
If you love it go for it.

The built in Flash Lite player in 6233 is 1.1. Can it be upgraded to 2.0 or 2.1 ?

@jenny, no, there will be no problem, but you should buy a good quality SD card, like SANDISK which is the best.
