Oops! my bad...N6233 does receive large files via bluetooth (phone to phone) and will be automatically saved at the Micro SD card. Sorry, got mixed up yesterday. I was so stressed from work :(

you can receive files larger than 6mb granted that you have a micro sd card installed in your phone it will automatically save to the micro sd memory
I tried transferring an n95 original video from n95 to 6233 using bluetooth and the 6233 automatically saved it to the micro sd
the file is 44mb
btw sir karthik have you tried setting the video quality to high? using normal with 176x144 will give you choppy and pixelated recorded videos
using high quality plus 640x480 the video will improve greatly

I found out something, My pc got infected with a virus recently...thru YM... and now it seems my 6233 restarts quite often than before I found out that the virus is now in my micro sd in the 6233
when I reformatted the micro sd card the 6233 no longer restarted...
so it seems the 6233 is quite sensitive to PC viruses
tried installing a virus in my RSMMC for 6630 but the 6630 isnt affected at all...quite funny that a smartphone isnt affected by a pc virus while a multimedia phone like 6233 is hehe^_^

so guys what other softwares are you using now on 6233 apart from KD player and OPERA MINI. 6233 is good in browsing because i havent tried this and do you know any site which provides softwares for 6233. tried searching google but havent got nice softwares.

Yup, only 6MB internal memory. So with galleries, Messages and applications installed on the Phone memory, you'll end up having less that's why you can't receive large files using bluetooth from Phone to Phone. Better use Nokia PC Suite, save the files on a flash drive then transfer files to the memory card using your laptop or PC.

HUH??? Nokia 6233 has only 6 MB of user memory, then it can't recieve files higher than 6 mB??

you do have probably have a damaged MMC, why not try other one??
or upgrading your firmware to the latest one!!

You can't save files automatically in the memory card once the phone memory is full via bluetooth. By the way, are you using bluetooth via PC Suite, phone to phone or other bluetooth connection software like Bluesoleli? Please do state it so that I can have a clear picture of what's going through the process.

hi everyone!
i'm using this phone for about 1 year+..
after sometime, i can't receive any
files(ex. songs) via bluetooth when my phone memory is full.
as far as i know, when the phone memory is not enough for the file to be transfered in,
it should save in my memory card. But when i'm receiving the file, the phone shows "operation failed". anybody can help me, is it because of my phone or the memory card? thank you in advance. =)

hi i was wondering if someone could help with a slight problem... i have recently found that every time i change the theme on my 6233 the profile changes from silent to general... does anyone have any idea of how to stop this from happening? thanks in advance, your help is much appreciated :)

@ mr Z, ya this one is best for music and video recording, go for music edition because it got a good packaging. if it is not available in your country then go for next best mobile phone the nokia 5700. in international mkt. 6233=200$US and 5700=275$US.

man, everybody talks of STEREO SPEAKERS of 6233. this is to everyone, N73,5700, and some other phones also got stereo speakers but no one can compete with 6233, they are in different catagory. and whe should also appreciate its VIDEO RECORDING. it got best video recording in mid and high mid level. everybody accused this for having an average camera but man what do you find interesting, taking a picture of yours faverote moment or of video recording it.
