i got my ca-53 nokia ata cable thru e-bay (local)..fortunately, i got it from a reliable source who was selling her 6280 accessories online..her mobile phone was stolen that's why she's selling all those stuff even the c installer & the manual...
the ca-53 is just a data cable..U can also buy a cable that can also charge your phone thru the PC..Just check nokia for compatible accessories for your phone.

well, i got my stolen phone replaced already..too bad it's not another 6233. i went to this cyber mall an found out that most of the authorized stores don't have the 6233 on stock..It's out of stock..Some have been telling me that they're not selling the said model because all they're selling are the newer models..All i can say is, the 6233 beats them all.
Regarding your problems, I myself have encountered a few problems during the first weeks of using the phone..However, after searching thru countless sites, i found out that a firmware upgrade is what i need to get my phone performing seamlessly..no hang-ups, no lags, no shutting down..
Even my new phone (6120) doesn't quite measure up to this wonder.

I have one doubt to take 6233 / 6233 M . in these which is good. Is any differance between these two models. Also sure it is better than sony k 750 i ? plese help me as soon as possibe. If anyone visit the Nokia 6233 holder , plese send the replay message. and your suggessions.

It's a very very good ph. superb sound quality, but USB data cable is not available for free. can anyone tell me which USB data cable is suitable for this phone and what will be the approximate cost?

yeah u r rite dani its a good phone i am totally agree with u, even i will say its better in all the features than the N-Series phone the only drawbacks is its video call camera is in its back and no flash...

yeaahh if we look from 1 km away, nokia 6233 will be similar with nokia n73 too

Ok i am using 2 GB Memory Card and its Awesome.Who says it hangs.It works great.Open anything play anything phone works on 2 gb card without any problem.
Advanatges-
1.2 GB Memory Card No Phone Hang
2.Awesome sound clarity
3.Best quality on headphones
Disadvantages-
None
Damn good phone
Much much much better than N Series and yes awesome camera quality

anjali restarting has been a problem of the recent batch of nokia phone models and some flagship sony ericsson models such as the p990 and the k800
but in 233's case it seems a firmware upgrade would lessen the occurence of your phone restarting...
sooo hmm if you wouldnt mind what firmware version do you have? it can be seen if you dial *#0000#
hope you'd be able to solve your restarting problems soon ^_^
btw...mine still restarts even after the firmware upgrade(5.43) but it seems it has been lessened compared to the time I had (3.74)firmware hehehe

hehehe 6233 can handle massive bitrates more than 500 and 800 if Im not mistaken hehehe

its a good phone.it has got everything wat a user needs..its keypad is so smooth than any other nokia phones...Speaker SOUND is so good that it has overtaken sony erricson handset in that level..the only thing that the phone does not have is flash light..

and also has anyone used the 2 gb memory card??? how does it perform? people say 2 gb makes the phone hang is it true????

can anyone tell up to how kbps of video bit rate it can play? I would like a phone that can play video in at least 400 kbps that doesn't lag. (3gp, mp4)

I recently bought a "class A" battery for 6233 and it also is a bp-6M and they dont have a bp-5c for 6233 there ^_^
