Can any body tell me about its file manager?
Can we install games and other softwares like Smart Movie Player so that AVI formate movies could be played in this Set?

well, this fon is gud. but my problem is how can i transfer music video like the music video of jenifer lopez.bec., i tried once, but the result is " the file is not formated" pls help me on this? how can i transfer music video? tnx!

This FON is gud; only lacks multistorage of numbers under one name. I hav only one major problem; I renamed it's memory card(mini-sd) & also created apassword 2dis card bt unfortunately de card was completely block/damaged.I expected it would always ask me 2enter passw whenever I wish to view data on M-card instead it doesnt detect this card. However putting any other M-card is always read. Calling 4your quick assistance.

I'm about to buy this phone. It's awesome. Reasons are: High res screen, 3D stereo dual speakers, has new active standby mode and a VGA resolution on video mode (rare feature for a Series 40 phone like this one), hot swap feature for Transflash mem card, you can read books through JAVA apps. This phone replaces the 6230i, which I have now.

This phone is very good and I like it. i have the white version of is. The only one thing about this is a font. I know it is the option the make the font large but this large is small bold font not a large font I feel very unconfutable.
Do any one know is there any other possiblity to make this font a 1 mm larger.

anyone tried 2gb memory card yet???
please help, i will buy 2gb sandisk...
i tried 1gb kingston and it works well!..
note: perfect phone,only lacks second camera for video call, the others are perfect, especially the speakers, screen and video resolution!.. ;)))

This phone is very good except that the camera of this phone is lacking a flash and autofocus... Playing music through the loudspeaker is sweet and even better than sony erricson's walkman phone models...

to cris: yes, your phone should have that option to activate the loudspeaker. Obviously just connect a headset. Go to "options" and select "loudspeaker"

786: You're right. Pretty loud for this phone. Twin 3-D stereo speakers I should say. You don't wanna jump and be startled to the loud sound coming from this phone. Nice!!

christianna: No flash for this model, unfortunately. Just make sure you have good lighting behind you so you can geta decent shine on your photos.

Danish: Alarm tones on Nokias are gradual/ascending. Can't change it, unfortunately. For the ringing tones, you might be changing the profile settings under, "Tones." Instead, change the your current profile settings under,"Profiles" Under your current profile, change the ringing to,"Ringing" under "incoming calling alert."

brother all nokia 6233s do that its just because it has stereo speakers and they are loud! if they started loud wouldnt it make you Jump?? thats the reason why nokia made it ASCENDING becuase the stereo speakers are louder then most other phones!!

Bangaarm: check each file size for the themes you received. Some might be 400 kbs or more. Try receiving 1 theme at a time and theme and install theme 1 at a time. File corruption could be the cause of the freezes.

hi lads.. well i just bought a nokia 6233 the other day and im having trouble with it..i mean the ringing tone,i set it on RINGING but when anyone calls me,it starts low,i mean it feels like its ascending though i haven't set it on ASCENDING..is this normal with all nokia 6233s? unlike SE it starts low for abt 3-4 secs and then it gradually increases till full volume..but i need a loud sound,i mean when i normally play the same ringing tone from the menu then its loud...
ok now the 2nd annoying problem,its the alarm tone.Do all nokia 6233s start the alarm tone in an ascending manner as well??? guys,by the time it reaches its FULL VOLUME my alarm will deactivate and set itself to snooze..im just irritated coz the alarm doesnt start loud right away//
in both the cases,the problem is same..plz tell me if it can be fixed or maybe its a defective piece :-<

Hi, i have just bought a 6233 nokia, i am very pleased about it, but i cant find the flash for its camera.Can anyone tell me if nokia 6233 has this feature?
