by the way, migz' website can be seen here in the user opinions ection, not in the comments section..
games for 6233 can be downloaded from mobile 9 games.. there are several sites offering game downloads but for a fee..

as for me since i've upgraded to v4.91, i haven't experienced any major problem and it has been a month since i did that. my phone has its occasional problems when i scroll too fast or when i press several buttons almist at once but other than thatm i think it improved a LOT..

cj, i downloaded my themes from zedge but u have to set an account first. their themes are cool. icons are are animated. another great site for themes is www5.ownskin.com ..some of the contributors in zedge are also in ownskin..
i forgot the site for games..i downloaded games but some of them have small resolution so they only took about half of the phone's screen..try migz's webpage..he has some useful tips there and u can also download some of the applications he has..he's pretty generous..look for him in this comments section..he posts every now and then..

just upgraded my phone from v4.52 - v4.91..
it's just the same..
the prev., play/stop, fwrd. keys in the music player changed a bit.. but it's not impt. & in the play options you can now play it via bluetooth..
after i upgraded my phone.. the dictionary in the organizer menu.. lost/removed.. i don't know why?? now i don't have a dictionary on my phone.. huhuhu..=(
all in all.. 4 me.. nothing happened!..
i thought it will change for the better.. but.. it's worst.. coz the dictionary was lost..

Laughing boy, i think no one here ever posted such things. u got a defect one. DONT BLAME NOKiA. and if u haven't notied it from the beginning that it's usually slow which is supposed to be fast because of symbian 40, then u dont know mobile technology.

6233"s battery life lasts about 2 days with heavy use..or 3-4 days when not used alot.

6233 is better than W810i 6233 display is 240+320 w810i is 176+220 ..6233 screen is protected w810i"s isnt..6233 has stereo speakers that are LOUD!!!!...soo LOUD...people dont believe its from a phone....6233 has QVGA display very bright and clear...6233 the music player is very good...6233 has VGA video (15fps) half of what N93 has (30fps) video is very clear just like a camcorder..all in all 6233 is a goood phone...best all rounder...

Dear Nokia, whats happened to the software?
You've ruined the calendar facility.
It takes TOO long to set a reminder.
Why do I need to view the date again?
Or set a repeat time?
Waste of time!
Strange things are a foot with your SMS too..
Why would I need to view/change the senders number??
I'm puzzled..

And too heavy for its battery life..
And slow (compared to the competition)

Just watch out for the quality.. the cheaper it gets, the least quality you get.

I have blogged about the difference between the standard 6233 and the 6233ME.. You know what... The only difference is the COLOR.
The original 6233 also plays WMA.

The 6233 is running on an S40 "operating system". This type of "software" is not prone to virus attacks.
You don't need an anti virus for 6233.

HOW LOUD IS THE 6233??
- its louder then the 3250
- Louder than the K750i
Tried playing some music on my phone in an auditorium filled with less than 300 people. They were able to hear it clearly.
Played it also here in the office (120 employees).. everyone heard the sound.
You can even make it louder by adjusting the equalizer and editing your sound files (edit your sound files to increase the volume) before loading it on your phone. You can also increase the bit rate to produce better sound quality.
I played Irreplaceable by Beyonce inside my friend's car. He envied my phone.
If your using the headphones... hmmm.. my officemate who was 3 tables away was still able to hear the sound coming out of the headphones.
