This ph is really gud but thr r 2 prblms fr multimedia users. 1.video fwd. 2.dwnld fm its browser only, which is very slow one. Can anyone know the software updatin procedure . Plsss tel me.

the phone's hardware doesnt seem to support the video fwd/rew features. I had got a player that tried to fwd/rev but unfortuately it doesnt work on this set...
As of now there is no successfull player that can fwd/rev videos for this mobile
dont waste your time in searching for one....

at that time wat u can do is,,, use a card reader and take a back up of ur mem card on ur PC.. and format it..
it had happened to me once (1GB card, I had a lot of data in it.. :) ).
i guess tat answers ur question :)

luqman , 28 Sep 2009yar i need its video player from wher i can get itunfortunately, there isnt any player that can fast fwd or rewind the videos for 6233 .I enquired with NOkia. They just mentioned that the hardware doesnt support even if u have developed the software to do it.
I am looking for such a player from past two years.
Dont waste ur time anymore

Nick, 03 Oct 2009Hi All, anyone knows how to clean phone memory completely? ... moreclear phone memory (from gallery, recieved files, delete ringtones which u dont use and clear the cache (if u r using internet) ). Believe that should solve ur problem.

Neil, 05 Oct 2009Hey guys, i've had mine for about 4/5 years now, and the bl... morebest thing i would suggest is, take it to a mobile service centre, flash the OS and get it reinstalled (i guess that would cost u INR 150-250 )(preferrably, v5.43)
Guess that should solve it.

Hey guys, i've had mine for about 4/5 years now, and the bluetooth, it isnt accepting files from other phones, normally i'd update the firmware but apparently nokia doesnt have any more upgrades for it, and the bluetooth just went like that, anybody knows how i can get it back?

October 2006..... no problem...had only one problem while I was using EDGE for about 5-6 hours... wasn't waiting for the phone to be charged, the cable of the charger died. So who knows about a phone that records @ VGA in this price category 3 years ago? even now they are struggling with this standard ...stereo speakers are my all time favorite especially when you use the equalizer!

I have been using this phone for more than 3 years now and it has been awesome!
its very easy to use.. big keypad allows for very easy dialling and texting.. and i think thats the biggest plus of the phone.. its 'big keypad'
