I've been using this model since I bought it in 2006 from a Nokia dealer. Though it costed a lot more than those sold in shops that sell other brands, I did not encounter any technical problem with it. I like the design and color, black looks classy and retained the new look until now. The metal rim and metal sheets that frame the glossy keys really kept my phone always look new. The size and weight give me a firm grasp on the phone. The thickness and length are just right on my hand. The keys are easy to press and the screen size is just right for my eyes. The phone stores about 600 messages (inbox and sent). After that I need to delete unimportant ones to make room for new. I enjoy viewing the webpages when I am online after activating the GPRS. Yahoo & MSN webpages can be viewed fine. One webpage does not fit. I don't know if other webpages will not. It doesn't bother me though because the phone is often used for sms, calling and listening to music. The photos taken by this phone is fine with me though it has no flash. The videos taken are very short though. I tried to set to maximum time but I failed. Anyway I am not after the video since I can take that with my digicam. I upgraded the memory card to 1G. It gave me a lot more room for music. The sound is great, even when I play it without the earphone. I like the stereo sound that it gives. For me this is a great phone and I am very satisfied with it :).

OH! That's a sad feature. They should've allowed FF/RW of files on the mem. card and not the streaming ones.

can u pls tell exactly wat error it throws.
camera:
i think the memory card is corrupt and / or the phone is unable to write into the memory. that is when it says operation failed . during recording, it stores the captured image continuously in a buffer and when u click stop,it saves the information onto the memory card.. now i guess u need to clear the phon's internal memory and also try replacing the memory card with ur friend's and try.
headset:
Only HS23 (original price 1600) is best suited for this model. Have heard of sennheiser(do search in google abt this) but not tried out...

The review says that you can FF and RW videos?!?!?!? Since when?!?!?!? I tried a lot, but I can't! I see the option for setting the interval but whenever I try to fast forward it goes onto the next video! :|

i got mine for 1200 rupees at the nokia priority dealer
also make sure the rating of the battery is 1100 mAH. Becasue the same battery is avaialbable for other lower end models for 970mAH (lesser power battery)

to be frank to say....its the best entertainer which fulfills all ur needs be it to talk, video,camera,music or net surfing...i would say a complete package...i have been using it for the last 2 years and since then there has been no complaint yet. so guys go for it without any 2nd thought...

as an alternative i use opera or UCWEB.. (good ones, in fact better than TeaShark)

can u pls try using another headset?
because, it is an easy suspect if the FM radio is not working in the phone, as it contains the FM receiver in it..
Even if it does not work with another headset, then sure for something has gone wrong in ur phone software.THEn u can consider flashing and re-installing phone software (with the latest firmware I guess it is v5.63 now)
