Right well iv had my 6233 since August 2006
but recently like 2 months ago, water got into its battery area
i did the usual drying etc etc, it worked perfectly after drying
but recently its been playing weird
like it just randomly restarts and the middle D-Pad button doesnt respond.
Is this the water which is ruining the phone or is it a Software problem?
It would be heartbreaking if it was water ruining the phone, iv had 6233 for 2 years and love it to bits.

when i m playing the video there is not any option of forward and rewind but as comapre tu nokia 6300 there iss an option to make the video forward and backward please help me from this trouble

Hi! Guys&Girls.
I have found a new R&D which could help most of you facing this problem like me. If you must have ever noticed that this phone automatically deletes the CALCULATOR application from your ORGANIZER menu. There is a solution to this problem.
TRY TO RESTORE YOUR PHONE'S FACTORY SETTINGS BY TYPING THE FOLLOWING CODES :-
1. TYPE *#7780#
2. SECURITY CODE : 12345 and PRESS OK.
Once you do the following steps you will see that your phone gets refreshed and all the settings changes back to its initial state.
Finally you can observe that your CALCULATOR application gets restored in the ORGANIZER menu.
Hope not all but at least a few of you could find this comment useful.

Still one of the BEST Sounds from 3D Stereo Speakers, Great looking for a Mobile,very good camera but could have done with a flash, has all the features needed for a Mobile who needs Wifi, check that it has the latest firmware

Hay friends am using diz phone for two months diz iz absolutely a dazzle in music.when i compete diz phone with my friend having 5610xpress music i won dat bcz it have da loudest music wid 3d surround sound.it also record vedio wid a resolution of vga wich is terrible .i reccomened diz phone to da guyz wich r thinking to buy phone in its price range
