Can this phone read MsWord or pdf files? Is there any software to do this. I've searched but didn't find any. please help me

can u tell me pls how can i do a firmware upgrade and what is the latest firmware available. 10x. very good phone also. buy it. it's worth it

Either I have a duff handset, or this is the phone from hell..
Backscreen time-out is as little as 4 seconds - this is hopeless, and can't be changed (according to Nokia)
Font colour change function changes nothing.
Changing font size to large changes the contact list, but nothing else.
No single key dial option after tapping in a number.
Display is invisible in outdoor daylight.
If Vodafone won't take this back, I shall take great pleasure dropping it from a very high building.
This is a crap phone - don't buy it...

Other than out look, all functions for 6234 is actually the same with 6233. Bugs also the same? as for 6233, new Ver4.52 has released, don't know whether 6234 fans are as "hot" as 6233 & seems like lesser news to share.

Hi Mojo, I'm holding 6233 & encounter the same issues, it has mentioned by someone upthere was due to the Ram which I don't think so....its just bug. I get it just because/expected it to be better than 6230i, but somehow.....(°_°)

A good phone but has a few faults.....
The font on largest setting is too small, is there any way of increasing size.. can back light be switched on when in nokia car kit.. can the length of time back light stays on be extended...

Mojo, did you fill the phone for 16 hours before you started using it?
I bought it today and i'm fascinated =) Can someone please tell me, how do i connect the phone with my PC? I didn't get any USB cable, I have just gotten some earphones... Can anybody please help me?

I have just got the 6234...
I sent the first one back cos it powers off whilst listening to media files or even playing a game. They exchanged it for another one, which does exactly the same... is the battery not powerful enough to run this phone? Apart from that, it's a great phone!

just got one 2 days ago....extrordinary phone...it's complete. Just one bad, when u take photos with the buil-in camera u have to be very steady, otherwise the images will be blurry. great phone!!!!

NO USB Connection? I have no USB Cable supplied with my 6234; can someone tell me if i should have been one?
The manual refers to it, I'm also curious is the bottom extensions connetor where i would plug it in, i hope so as it does'nt look like a USB port either..... worried

i just bought this phone. it's HOT !!!i like it very very much. the battery is great, camera as well...the only thing i hate is that it is vodafone branded. i think i'll install original nokia software.great value/money !

I bought a new Nokia 6234 and during the operation its switched off. When I turn it on again, it starts and after few seconds shuts down again.

I just got this phone was a SE user for many years. but now turned 3, it pretty good interface takes some time to get use to i must admit, prolly that only flaw i see is when you call someone i can't see how long i've spent talking to them , there is no time ? SE had it. really annoys. me ..

i intend to buy this phone this wkend. Just wondering if anyone has actually gone & bought a memory card & if so what size.
I believe you can use up to 2G's. Is it advisable to put so much memory in the phone
