    Hello, you could not be able to save your contacts containing fax numbers, images, email adresses, video, etc. if you set your contact settings to sim memory. In order to save all those things to your phone, then you must set your contact to phone memory. First, go to menu, then select contact icon open it and scroll down to settings there you can see memory option you would like to use. Select Phone memory and you can start saving contacts with sub-categories or attachments.

        obi, have you tried setting it to phone memory? if it is still in sim memory then you cannot add multiple numbers to a name.

          I just recently bought the nokia 6267. My problem is that I have tried to transfer my phone book contacts from nokia 3595 to my newly purchased unlocked nokia 6267, I have not been able to transfer all of the contacts. Also, I don't know which contacts failed to transfer unless I search for the names on the New Nokia 6267 and find the name(s) not on the list. Also the sub-category items on my old nokia 3595 such as Cell phone: Fax number: Work telephone number: Home telephone number, and other contact details are not showing on the transferred contacts on the new nokia 6267. The contact names are showing but with (1) (2) (3) attached to the end of the contact names with multiple numbers. Any solutions will be appreciated. I have tried everything using the 6267 manuals and contacted the Nokia website customer support without any success. Help.

                    @Dorian

                    Not from Australia, sorry m8!
                    But have you tried calling the Nokia Careline (1300 366 733)?
                    Maybe they have some info.
                    Here in Europe we have the Nokia online shop directly from the Nokia site and this phone is going gr8. Three friends already got theirs from there.
                    Cheers

                            Hello!
                            I'm very satisfied about almost everything the only thing is the battery time that could be better. Do you use the mp3 player or other media functions the battery time runs away in a day - quickly.
