The image quality is known to be great. And I hope you dont have a problem with my spelling. :P

But anyway, can someone please confirm that you can download directly to memory card via USB so I can breathe freely again...

        Tigress,
I dont know whwn this phone cpmes to India nor why they havent made a review about the phone here yet.
The Bluetooth/memory card-issue is that files transferred via Bluetooth apparently cant be stored to the memory card directly. This means that you have to have enough space in your internal memory that you can store the file being transferred, and later move it to the memory card.
I dont know and really hope that the same issue doesnt exist when using infrared or USB-cable. So if someone could confirm that the this Bluetooth issue doesnt exist in infrared or USB transfers, then I would be relieved...

dreadnought, the music, u can put in the folder u want. the only thing u have to do to play it is to change the source folder of the music player, wich is the folder u want him to read. in my case would be memory card

cristian.....i dont have a card reader..... n sometime friends want to transfer a super original file they have(video, special music, whatever). what do u do? u give them your card reader and and your memory card n tell them to bring it back tomorrow with the super file in?. u can do that, it's just not convenient. That's the point

I am a neutral user with slightly more preferamce for Nokias because of their user friendliness. I had been badly waiting for this phone to hit Pakistani market and finally I am one of the first to get hold of a 6270 in pakistan. Very frankly speaking, my initial excitement faded away after its use for about 2 hours, because despite of its numerous new functions and innovations, my Samsung D 600 is far better in quality, construction, sleeky looks and its over all magnamanious presence. To put it very humbly, Nokia 6270 is a cheap piece of hardware available in a very high price. No wonder it has got all the functions that I always desired in a mobile phone, but even its much touted camera is nothing as compared to Samsung D 600, though both offer 2 MP. Its screen can not be compared to the brilliant D 600. It has got a good music player with crisp and clear sound. The active standby function is OK, lest it leaves you a lot confused, as you are not sure which part of the screen you are fiddling with. The most pathetic are the brown colour, hollowness of the phone, if it was this light weight, it could have been smaller in size. The construction quality that is the material used also looks cheap. The slide function is OK. The key pad is not very good, because in 480 US $ one should get a lovely piece. However I must say that I am more disappointed because I switched on this from D 600. If u had been using any other Nokia or SE then u might not be as disappointed as I am. Over all a cheap looking phone containing all the modern day functions and necessaties. A good deal when price drops to say 350 US $

                    One more stupid question:
Are the music files saved in the internal memory and in the memory card available n the same folder though they are saved in different places? I dont have much experience of phones with memory cards so I dont really know... You are allowed to laugh to my question.

Whoops, I expressed myself wrong in my post before this one, I meant: I hope this issue doesnt f**k up bluetooth, not "I hope this issue just f***s up the bluetooth". My apologies for my confusing text...

Yes, I hope this issue just f***s up the bluetooth, because if everything must be first transfered to internal memory then you cnt even transfer large music files... And thats a big big issue. But if the USB cable puts songs directly to memory card then I am satisfied...

i mean K'mon! nokia! What the .... atleast give us interne memory then. i like everything boutt his phone but this!, is a major issue! i wonder why nobody wrote about this big problem in the reviews a readed from many sites.........RAAAAAAA calm down: ammmmmmmmm firmware, software, hardware! there must be a way. what's the point in putting a music folder, a video clip folder, image folder, if u have to save everything on the memory card, just in order to be sure u have enough space to tranfers a file from bluetooth. push a little bit more n you'll have to save your tones on your memory card also lol

So this problem that you cant transfer directly to memory card, does it just appear whwn transfering via Bluetooth? I mean, can you transfer data directly to memory card if using USB cable???

yeah bout the the bluetooth problem, where u cant transfer file u dl directly to minisd.
nt711 u talked about file manager. i dont see a file manager in my cellphone, can u tell me where it is?

                                    This is a s40 not a s60 with symbian, u sure there's a file manager?
PLZ somebody find a way to resolve this!
do u think nokia will put a firmware (or software), that can resolve this(if a firmware can solve this!!!!)? plz give me your opinion.........or the way to resolve this problem!0_o

like i said before captain, i find it's a great phone. the design is super, strong speaker(way more than the d500). Like u probaly readed there's minor mistake in the fabrication, like mine has small space between the screen and the base, but only on one side! one side is perfect n the other one is maybe 1mm large. But still for a 600cad cellphones u expect it to be perfect. So maybe you should se the model first and be sure there's no mistake in the fabrication.
but DA MAJOR flaw is that u cant save directly to the memory card files u transfer from bluetooth. Which is not NORMAL cause k750 does save auto in the card. it wouldn't matter that much if the 6270 interne memory was bigger. But u only have, if u dont delete default files that comes with the cellphones, like not even 6mb. that means u cant even transfert a big song..........except this major flaw n some fabric mistake for some cellphones. it's a excellent phone, really.
