I have been using Nokia 6270 for a year and four months, my problem with it is network, and the memory is not large.

Hello, i have used Nokia 6270 and i would like to post my humble opinion..
1) This is an OK phone with good UsER InTERFACE and DiSPLAY..
2) ExTERNAL SpEAKERS are stereo with pleasant effects..(Nokia rules for this)
3) Bluetooth for this phone is not functioning properly.. "dono why"
4) initially when i purchased the phone was working good, but now, as i push the slide completly for keypads, the screen goes BLACKOUT...
5) CaMERA quality is decent..
I feel sony has got better overall slider phones, most of my friends using Nokia slider r complaining, definitly not durable....

Daniel Hi please my 6270 is about 2 years but when i receive files through bluetooth or infared i cant receive large files because,it doesnt get to my memory card please can i do to receive large files that are larger than the phone memory?

remy , 06 Sep 2008its your flex cable that makes your phone become distorted ... moreRemy I am also facing the same problem that Amna reported. I have been using this phn for almost 2yrs but now when ever I close the slide the wallpaper gets distorted and the screen gets blank.
You said that its bcoz of the flex cable but whats the remedy???
Please suggest...

AMNA, 19 Jul 2008its 2 years since i bought nokia 6270..it is a great mobile... moreits your flex cable that makes your phone become distorted when you slide it.

i have nokia 6270,and its about 1.5 years old. it is a high end high cost mobile from nokia. i and my many friends trusted and bought several nokia coslty sets. but after the warranty is over it started giving problem.........and when i took it to nokia care ,they said [bit can not be repaired[/b],they even did not see what was the problem. then i took it to another nokia care,and this time they just touched it and told it can't be repaired...............friends do not buy nokia high end mobile phones because the[b after sells service of nokia is the worst ever[/b].i and my friends are suffering so i thought that i should post my bitter experience to all..................once your warranty is over your costly set will start giving problem and if it is then its gone because nokia's high end mobile life time is just the warranty period they provide. most customers are facing this problem..............friends be alert and please do not buy nokia

Its a Good phone, Esp from back to 2 years ago, this was actually a really good phone when compared to the competitors back then.

Its 1.5 years since i bought nokia 6270..it is a great mobile n the best thing is its sound quality..i love it

iko, 03 Jul 2008does my nokia 6270 can use 2 GB memory card I think the new model is having a option of 2GB. If you have any douths go to nokia dealer and ask.

its 2 years since i bought nokia 6270..it is a great mobile n the best thing is its sound quality..i love it but Now After 2 Years It is showing alot of problems..Whenever I Open the Slide the wallpaper shifts sideways n it changes its colour for e.g red colour changes to purple sometimes half of da screen disappears n mobile behaves strangely...
the sideways button sometimes does not work and the screen goes black...
plz tell me ny solution if u know...waiting..
