got 6270 5 monyhs ago.had to go to service center 4 times since then.my cellphone spends more time at the service center than with me.

i purchesed a Nokia 6270 6 months back with warrenty..
Problems which i had
-navigation key colours went off
(nokia care din not agree to replace a new navigation key)
-On/Off buttion Problem
-sliding Problem(gets off)
-display problem
My Solution
-Kept away 6270 and purchesed a basic phone 1110 and happpy with that error free phone as im addicted to nokia.
so never buy any of the sliding phone in Nokia. better go for block once.

01.It doesn't hangs,it only gets restarted.Such problem is common in N6270 when you use the GPRS.My phone gets restarted atleast 10-15 times a day.Nothing to worry about it. 02.Smartmovie is symbian s60 software and you can't download it on N6270 as it is non-symbian,s40 phone. 03.For problem in Camera,go in camera settings and set the image storage to any folder you want.When the names of the folder appears go in option and select open to open that folder.There is no software problem.THANKS.

Hai friends.. I am using 6270 from past 3 months. I never face any problem in this handset. Its amazing display and speaker clarity. But one thing the navigation key has been scrached.. Any one help me to know how to change the navigation key and its available in black colours keys and its possible to change from Nokia service centre ? pls help me out..... thank you

I have Nokia 6270 From last 7 months & it work's great bt suddenly My Firmware gets corrupted.I update my firmware & again it's work fine.But Now the problem is mY Original voice of mobile is very low,It's very very low voice in that new Firmware & i want my old loud voice back so plz suggest me.My firmware version is V3.81..

hi there! i would admit that there are better phones priced the same as the 6270. but for me, i am definitely proud and content with my 6270. it's my companion, it's my buddy.
i bought my unit back in may of last year and it's good as new. even using a 1gb mini-sd card, the phone works fast and plays/shows files with ease. the sliding mechanism doesn't have a setback, it's awesome. the speakers are the real deal, the sound is clear and stereo-rific.
about the camera, it works on average. you won't have to demand superb-quality pictures when it comes to camera phones but the 6270 scores well.
i also have lots of themes which makes the phone fun!

its awesome!!!!luvely camera resolution wid grt sound clarity.i agree dat it beats all d SE Sounds.Got 1 thing 2 ask how can i recieve file directly to Memory Card instead

DISPLAY PROBLEM !!!!!!I purchased this one month before. Sometimwe whn i open the slide the display went off (some part of display sometimes) Then i have to restart the phone to correct it all the time.

hi guys i bought this phone maybe a month ago and i was so happy cuz of its loud and beautiful ring tones but unfortunately it goes off very often and the memory card slot wasn`t functioning well so the mobile has always been acting like there is no memory card in it and i couldn`t save my pics and tones.. also this mobile is slow in reaction.. openning memory card, applications, etc.. and most of all i had before it nokia 6260 and i thwt i could live without a symbina phone.. but really... i couldn`t.. so i bought N72 instead :D:D

friends i bought this phone 20 days ago...since yesterday the phone is not saving my pic and videos in memory card ..whenever i take a pic it ashows file cant be saved n when ever i make video it displays camera on standby..
wheras im able to play songs from memory card...
it doesnt even move file into the memory card...
so plz tell me is it some virus problem ...or my memory card has got damaged ot what else????
