I use General profile and only use pager profile for some time. It should go back to general profile when the time expires.

      Hi,
      I selected the profile for meeting and set the time expire 5pm. It did showed me that profile expired but General profile didn't took place. Any one know why is that or whats the solution?

          da firmware version 3.70 is awesome it has less restarts. wen selelcting General or any orther profiles n sliding the phone up or down it doesnt restart whoeeyyyy......

                        i've just upgraded my 6280 to software version 3.65 yest, checked with CS regarding network prob, he mentions that i've to set to a GSM net work instead of Dual mode cuz mine's a 2G sim card currently so that's y no reception when e phone tries to search for a 3G network and now my phone's working perfectly fine...and me too got it for 41 bucks(1GB kingston) same place...wanted to get 256mb initially but after knowing e price for 1Gb's so cheap, changed my mind, hee...

                          Under Star** exchange policy, it seems it applies only to Nokia.. it sucks.. im collectin the hp back 2morroe, so can’t wait to finally be reunited with it..

                          I actually can get the mini SD Kingston 1G with adapter at only $41, no minimum purchase required.. its at Sim Lim Square Level 5 called Best Bargain.. My fren also set a password to it and got a new one from Kingston office after he called the Kingston careline directly..

                              Mine is ok,doesnt move from side to side,and doesnt squeek & it cudnt get any tighter according to the Nokia Staff as even if they can do it,it will scratch the surface(keypad area) when its being slide out due to natural force from our thumb.

                              Since its the 2nd set & having the same probs..i suggest getting it over to Nokia Service Centre explained it to them & request for software updgrade.You have none to lose provided that new phone that ur holding is in good condition.Worth the little effort you gonna make. If Shayn is from the same country as you are,then its brilliant cos he have 3.70 upgraded.

                              Hmm wish you the best for the repair. Mebe only Kingston is having this minor thing like password setting glitch,otherwise the card works well. By the way see if any of your frens would like the 1gb Kingston mini-sd (that came with an adapter so that it can be used also as a std size SDcard),i can get them at 70bucks(min 5 orders) flat.Same std wty, 1 to 1 exchange for first 3days. But wty will void if its cases like wat we encounter,"goes missing".The best is to keep away from setting passwords. Sorry guys this offer valid in Spore only,im just helping those who wish to have larger memory but efficient on the pockets!

                                hi folks, I hv a problem that after I set the profile with my selected tones, it will reset back to the original tone that comes with the phone. In addition, this tone is not found in the phone memory or in the memory card (the tone is 'seahorse.aac"). Anyone can help me with this? Thks...

                                  Hey guys...
                                  dr.fruc... I had my first one loose, actually a bit loose, but as Dragos said it's not annoying. I sold it and got another one, which is really not loose, so if u can, when buying ur phone try to test more than one phone and pick the best. Guys I have to say that, I tried installing many themes on the phone and the all worked, but 2 days ago, i installed one new theme, when the phone recieved it, i opened the recieved file and HIGHLIGHTED it (a preview for the theme) i liked it, i pressed Options and then Apply theme, it worked! After 2 minutes i found another cool theme on the same website i downloaded the firast one, i installed it one the phone (using bluetooth), but this time when i highlighted it i QUICKLY pressed Options and Aplly theme, but the phoen shut down and restarted itself twice then finally to a complete shutdown!! so i had to take my phone to the service center. So what i want to say is guys be careful when installing new stuff, i dont know how but be careful, or at least let the phone preview, complete its jod then start what u want to do. as i had my phone working for 14 days, a new theme scrwed it up :)) anyways its ok, nokia will take a good care of it :) cheers :)

                                    I got me phone firmware upgraded yesterday. My 6280 firmware is now v3.70 latest..

                                      Thanks for the advise i have ver 3.60 do you think ver3.65 is any better and if so what,s the difference? regarding the dictionary problem that tecnique works.I,m with Voda Aust i went back to them with this problem and they exchange my handset they have a 14 day exchange policy.Still have no luck sending a pic though keeps saying no memory

                                        i also have a 6280. i think is a good phone but it seems it is not fully functional. It does not work the vibration system. does anybody else has this problem???
