How about the mp3 for 6280.because most of the nokia hp problem are the sound not so good as sony ericcson.

this is a messed up phone. dont buy it!!! the phone wont switch on and its bin less than 2 weeks sinse i have bought it! the screen just goes black... too little memory and the phone is s-l-o-w. stick 2 the nokia 6230. 1 good thing bout the 6280 is that it works without a sim. im telling you.... DONT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:-@

ok people i've had this phone for about 2 weeks now and its pretty cool but there is something i cant do like when someone sends me pictures i try to move them to the memory card so they go there but then i try to move them to the images in the memory card but they dont move into that image folder in the memory card, does anyone know why??

You can transfer data like pics and music files from sd card to pc or vice versa easily by using the adapter provided when u buy a mini sd card.
I've no problem with sliding.
Quality of video is great. But not as good as a camera's, which is to be expected.

Had the phone for a week now - overall OK.
Nothing special compared to the old 6230, just everything a little better.
Main problem - like a previous post ages ago - it keeps disconnecting the bluetooth connection with the car's in built hands free system. I noticed that this always happened when I used the phone's menu system and the phone was using a 3G cell, or (I think) when switching from a GSM to a 3G cell. So, I put the phone in GSM only mode (Voda UK), and it now seems OK with the car!
So - I can either have 3G turned on, or use bluetooth with the car!!! - not good!
V3.6 before anyone asks.
Also, one week in and there's one spec of dust under the screen!! - think this phones future might be limited with me!

hi 4 all..nokia 6280 is a very good phone...i don't have problems with her...he has a very good camera...i'm 10x...

Can anyone confirm that this fone will continue to work as some people say that it stops to work after 8days?What is the latest firmware?

hi! anybody outhere who knows how to tighten the slider of 6280 coz its so wobbly if u try to move it from side to side. does anybody exp. the same problem and also how do u remove the 3network on the lower right side of the screen. i would really appreciate it. pls. help.tnx

I must comment out loud tat the 6280 is simply a GREAT fone!
Previously i was using Nokia 6610 for 2 years, then SE K750i for 3 weeks, & now 6280.
I shall not comment on its pros since i luv it so much.
Some of 6280 cons:
- bulkier, slightly heavier than K750i (some user may not complain about this).
- it appears 2 me tat the K750i's camera can shoot better foto than 6280. Although both fones r 2 megapixel.
- seriously lacks in internal memory; only 6MB.
- no lens cover for its camera.

I bought my Nokia 6280 last 3 weeks ago, based on my observations on this handphone, there are some problems in the network coverages, the handphone always ask "select the operator". in the area of very good coverage. If there are some adjustment in the setting guide please let me know. TQ

hey every1 i think the nokia 6280 is great however i'am havina problem wid it. When i reciving a large mp3 file from a different phone through bluetooth, it stops half way does any1 know what wrong with ma settings or is it the phone. I need the lagre mp3 file to go on the memory card not the phone memory!! plzzz sum1 help me

If someone bluetooths you a picture you have to go into recived files then options move then select memory card, but dont just press ok you have to select optoins then open then pick the folder in the memory card. Hope this helps

Just got this phone yeterday on 3 network but a few things can't get to grips with...
Hoping someone that can help will e-mail me this poor girl to help her out.Settings - My Shortcuts - Navigation key the down arrow is alreay configured for names however when i try and select different shortcuts for the other three states 'default shortcuts cannot be changed' so what is the point? Also have downloaded music onto my phone just chart MP3 ringtones however when you go into Settinfs - Profiles - Ringing tone - Open gallery and try to select it the file is not shown!! However if you go under gallery there it is! When you do it this way and on the tone select options - use tone it says ' not allowed by activation key'. I need my own tunes not the default ones. Anyone help please e-mail me asap as driving me mad...

my dad pressed a button and the backlight for the screen tutned off.. but the lights for the key still works. HOW DO I TURN MY BACKLIGHT ON AGAIN!?

do u all notice that !nokia new release hp ,all function is juz same with SE ! it might follow SE phone! do u all know that the way SE take pic ?it horizontal right?if u are SE user before u can know tat,even the mp3 ,radio ,and calender!all is juz similarly ,(equalizer)Nokia never hv tis function before right.And the last one is the logo of nokia ,it manufacturing for more big juz same like SE !
