Can anyone guide me if i can install any additional softwares like the dictionary and the call recorder , etc . on this fone , just as you can install it these softwares on Nokia N70... i an at present using Nokia 7610 and wanna switch to Nika 6280 but this software installation is the only reason why i am not doing so ... Otherwise , all in all , a very stylish and sleek fone to have .. :)

hmm.. nokia 6280 all i can say is that if u own this phone throw away ur digicam hahaha kiddin aside this phone is really great shooting pictures and videos... but sadly video is in 3gp format and by the way the night mode kinda sucks hahaha but anyweiz this a great phone to own very stylish.. all in one Music Player/Radio Camera video 3g etc.. great phone.. dont listen to the people saying crappy things about this fab phone.. ill rate it 8.5 out of 10... very bright tft lcd cool in watching and viewing multimedia contents :-)

dont buy this piece of crap.the memory became 100kb then flash it to the latest firmware i think, v.6.43 then the music player is gone,damn.i switch to lg ku250.

My husband's phone was fine for about 6months then it started hanging, showing "rainbow array " of colors, losing network, one time the ear piece is dead, the other time its the screen not displaying-oh boy!!
can anyone help? plus we've replaced screen thrice!! and i love the photos it takes, so clear!

i like this fone... the cam, flash, and also the features... it can compete the N series..wow! it doesn't hang and slows down... best fone!

Cool phone,way better than so called legendary phones of SE k750i and w810i with slow PC suite data transfer.No auto focus but on my PC pics are way sharper and the video quality,display,speed,user frendly...I will change this phone just when my network gives N82 with some human price.And my software V 03.81 works fine 4 allmoust 2 years now.Do i feel lucky?

I recently bought this fone and the moment I tried to save pictures and tones on the phone memory it just froze! It blinks on and off of three times b4 completely switching off! Its no longer working. What could be the problem? Can you assist guys.

Every slide N Flap fones need care, in deir use. dis fone also does! n i like dis fone very much.even my brother wants to exchange wid his w550i.Bcoz 6280's speaker sound is more higher n pure dan dat of, 2 speakers of w550i......so my opinion is dis, dat if u can use it wid some care.u will b happy wid dis fone.

Only one defect is it dosenot support .sis files. I like its camera, flash, screen resolution etc.

Hye, i never love this fon since i buy it hehe, i dont know y i buy it, erm juz bcoz it design maybe... actually dis fon got many disadvantages...it got bad batery life, it juz can stand less than 12hours in standby mode, cannot install software, and slow camera shutter... dis fon is not suitable for me.. i'm about to buy another fon... huhu...

it is rather goood
however
i have asked around to whover ownz the nokiaz 6280, and they all have said that onee of the only problems that this fone has is that it always turns off. rather regulary. otherwise,
it is realli good although it is chunky. the camera is good. :P
