8) The handphone camera is really crap
So if you are on a low budget and just want to get a simple 3G phone, then this is for you.
Any ppl here who enjoy taking photos, dont like noises in them esp during a night shot.

I've had this handphone for about 2 years.
Here's some good reasons not to get this.
1)Battery is flucutating
2)My calls cant last more than 5 mins
3)Restarting by its own
4)The handphone is already so thick moreover a bloated battery (might be over charging)
5)Back cover doesnt fit anymore
6)You should get better 3G phones as there's much cheaper,better and newer ones on the market now
7)I've to bring charger to sch everyday as it lasts for only 8 hrs. When Im gone home, most probably it will be flat even though I dont receive calls, just listening to music more than half an hour.
Using a 3.5G phone now. Looking back, its such a big difference.
Overall 6288 is ok except that I cant stand the auto restart and low battery life. Seems rude when an important call ends by itself.

it's a great phone.. it's almost 2 years since i have it and it's perfect for my needs. camera works great, especially in video-recording, and the interface is pretty friendly

I have this phone for over two years and didn't have a single problem:D
Couple of months ago, I bought a 2gb MiniSD card and it works like a charm:D
I was lucky to come across this phone.
To anyone who is thinking of buying a phone:
GET THIS ONE!!!

my signal is always empty
short battery life

Is a nice phone, but the sound volume is very low.I think you can make some changes in future

i got this phone for like, 2 years now.
it never had any problem's. its such a beautiful phone... mine look's like new :D
fantastic phone, but with game's, its OK,
i mean since its old it support crappy graphics game's but.. what ever :P

i have this phone for at least 8 months now and i haven't experienced any problem when it comes to its features.. the only negative thing about this is that the case of the upper slide easily cracks when it being applied with great pressure.. camera is great, sounds got no problem.. and its keypad is very comfortable to use.. :)

Watch out that you dont put the screen under any bending-type pressure (eg in your pocket) or it will probably crack.

this phone is problems upon problems i got it for 1 month and it is freaking out it restarts by its self and it keeps saying check info services

its looks nice but i had a lot of problem with this cellphone, event when i unpack it the next day i buy its started to restart on its own.

The Phone is a great model, but with a 24 month contract they are really not up to everyday useage. I am now on my 2nd replacement phone and it the screen has just gone again, my contract still is not over but the warranty is, Thanks 3 Mobile!

It is for one year i am useing this phone.it is very nice and easy to use ,good voice ,good camera ,but i could not to install dictionary on it.

Hi, i am using Nokia 6288 for the last 2 years and found it allrounder. its heavy duty, didn't ever put me in trouble due to any fault and very very nice. it covers all fields and browse the whole world.

This phone is really great the moment you unpack it. But after a few months i had a lot of problems with this phone. Sometimes it would just restart on it's own, now my camera is not working,and i cannot watch videos as well, one time it shut down while i was trying to send a text message and it it didn't turn on again. I had it repaired and it cost over $100..i recommend buying another phone rather than the Nokia 6288.
