Hi,
can anyone say how the internal and external screen look in daylight? Does the 6290 switch off by itself? Does 6290 have a clear sound?

unfortunality poor battery life again :(it maybe goes to 3 days in coming days ..

got this phone last week... liked it a lot!!! works very very fast and is stable. music quality is very good
default menu is a little strange, some functions are accessible from several places, some are hard to find. not easy to open with one hand. I often press ptt button occasionaly and don't know how to switch it off (possible there is no way to do it)
nice organizer function, synchronization, all works smooth and easy to configure. 3G internet connection works really faster than edge, browser is great, configuration for laptop internet connection via bluetooth is very easy. 3g video calls - well, i did not find how to use it, but i've tried it once - saw my collegue looking at me from the screen ;)
the only real disadvatage for me is it doesn't have WLAN. e65 has it, but i don't like sliders

May be wrong, but i am afraid this phone will be launched only in Europe. Can't see any mention of it on the other Nokia web sites. Same for the web support. Too bad

Can anyone who owns this phone give some feedback? Still waiting for it to hit the stores. Does it heat up fast like the e65 and 6300? How about screen change, lag? etc. etc.

Thats BS. N95 is from a whole other nokia devision than 6290. sure the entire Nokia N division is busy taking care of the N95 launch, has absolutely nothing to do with 6290 though.
