why does 6300 charge gets fast fall down ?
why there is no high sound in it?

I just upped my firmware few weeks ago to v7.00 now my clock stays hidden, and will not appear, unless of course i pick the clock as a screen saver ect.

I am a user of Nokia 6300.I am facing some problems. The problem is - phone is restart automatically when I search phone book or use GPRS and calculater is now disable.So how can I recover this problem? Please reply me. My mail address is anamulalim12@gmail.com

Great phone. strongly adivse to buy it. great battery life.
Easy to navigate.
Nice key pressing
Very bright display.
Drawback
sound quality of the speaker is not the best (thats normal for a cell phone)
White version: very dirty
overall

a very user friendly phone
all features r very good
but at the same tym i would say 6300 sucks a stupid phone regading its firmware if virus attacts this phone its cant be repaired all u hav to do is throw it in DUSTBIN as nokia care also does'n hav any technology to repair such kind of problem

Sorry guys.
Just a quick question. I ended up getting a different battery from the dealer who again told me to charge for 2 hours before using and if I was having the same problem of the battery only lasting a day and a half to bring it back. Some people posting say they have no issues with the battery and it is lasting for 3-4 days. I haven't taken any calls or received any calls since the re-charge and the battery is down to 1/4 bar and its been less than a day and a half so far. Anyone tell me who has had no probs with battery how long they did the initial charge for? The manual states 2hrs45min...
Thx everyone. I am thinking to take it back tomorrow to the dealer.

I am using this phone from 1 month i am nt able to install airtel messenger .I dnt know wat is the reason .I followed d steps correctly.When I called to customer care they say that this phone is not having this facility.Can any body help me out
