I bought Nokia 6300 with memory card 512 MB, But I... morehi Esmat, yes. u can recover ur own data from ur 512MB memory card. however, u should connect ur m'card a computer with a card reader. then find ur lost data with a data recovery software.
if this tips helpfull, write a note here.

madhu, 22 Aug 2010is this support 3g service6300 not has 3G. otherwise it is nice. screen is better.

The phone is good, and the camera clarity is too good, i like this mobile.its user friendly. it looks smart.

Even for older people, this phone is great. Have had this one for more than 2 years and I just love it. Battery time is not so good lately.

nokia 6300i is the best user frindly set....
i am using for last 3years ,there is no problem with it...exept i changed the battery.....

the internal memory of this device is 7.8mb/ but it not able 2 save a 200kb software
