Had this phone since it's launch it's still going strong on original battery, OK for calls and texting as a back up. I bought it direct from Nokia if only that was still possible, oh happy days.

A simple, reliable, durable mobile phone. Great for making calls, and text messaging. Battery life should be better, but compared to smartphones, it's not bad. It only contains a 2,5mm jack socket, so you have to use a 2,5mm (male) to 3,5mm jack (female) adapter for connecting earphones. Equalizer doesn't work with the radio, it's music player only.
There are still new genuine batteries with black colour made for the Nokia 108 since autumn 2013, but they're fully compatible with the Nokia 6300. Do not order BL-4C battery directly from China, there is 95% chance it will be a counterfeit.

I'm using it for 9yrs now, I can no longer use the calculator since last quarter of last year. But, I wish it lasts for life or ages!!! Love the slim phone and features!
