Despite fullvolume for the Ring Alert, one canot hear it even from a distance of one meter. Even if the mobile is not used the battery has to be recharged within 24 hours. If we are patrolling and out in wilderness for tswo days this Mobile is of no use. Your Service Engineers even cant help in increasing the volume of Alert Ring. I thought I have purchased a master peice but sorry Nokia Has failed me. i shall be greatful if you could suggest some solution. SSM

nokia 6300 is very nice mobile but the out put sound is not suficient please increased the sound. thank u!

Its a good one but the fact of battery / sound /cashing dammage is true out of all the cashing could not avail by NOKIA care since the same is available at out side but nokia care nither repare nor avail the cashing

6300 is a very nice mobile. stylish,smart & decent also. but the problem is with battery back up and also with output sound. try to increase the output sound like music version.

To activate the gprs of nokia 6300 just type "Set 6300" then send it to 211, after which there is a message comes from 211, then read the message.
6300 is a good model of nokia cellphon
do not buy imitated nokia 6300, that is fake.

Yeah, nice phone but poor battery lasting tops 15hrs 4 me. And i wonder why the phone gets hot when pressing 4 a long time. It has a good screen dimensions and weight.
