But if store person done the master Reset then its not possible to know the counter also.

I can say that it's th... moreIf you are in Asia then go to www.nokia-asia.com and download the Nokia PC Suite and the Nokia Software Updater files.Connect phone to PC with USB cable and open Software Updater program.
Be careful, there must not be any disruption in power supply to your PC .
Keep the phone charger connected to phone while updating firmware so that phone does not switch off due to low battery.

I can say that it's the best mobile ever!
I'm not facing any problems
but i want to know from where I can download firmware 10.10??
i have 9.10 now and i want to update it to v.10.10

Does it support multi tasking or in other words can i run multiple applications simultaneously. pressing the "menu" key it shows current running apllications????
Can someone throw some light on the radiation intensity it emmit because i read about it 4 months back that it emmit such a level of radiations that it can be felt while talking...

dial *#92702689# and check the lifetime rating in the phone if u have purchased a new one then its should show 1 and if the digits are increasing then the set is used one, it counts on your dialed and received call so you know better how much you have used from the date of purchase to max it should show 002
the other way is u can check the call timers by noting the time rating of call durations

Hi Frnds,
I have purchase this Cell yesturday. Its nice but I doubt that Shopkeeper cheated me by giving used fone.
Its camera quality is blur.
Is there anyway to check whether this phone is already used or not. Like started earlier with or with out SIM.
Please let me know if any way is there to find out.
