Guys...i would like to say this phone is awesome..!!! i rate this phone 80% good quality and to 5130 i rate 85% good quality but i would like to say go for 2700 classic its totally awesome..!!

Perhaps you did not purchase your phone from a genuine Nokia dealer.

Guys dont buy this model because
1) Very Poor Display clarity
2) Very Low sound from speakers
3) Slow processing
4) Too expensive
This model is totally not worth for money better go for Nokia 5130 XprsssMusic its too good. I am highly disappointed with this model.

hey guys plz help me out..
m having problems wid my new 6303
bought it yesterday only
n i transferred a few songs from the bluetooth frum another phone and stored them in the memory card but the phone is not playing those songs on the media player although i can play them wen i open the gallery
the media player says that the file could not be found???
plz help me guyz.. how do i fix this??

Hi Friends,
I bought this mobile 15 days ago. The first thing I can say about this mobile is its really fantastic.
Earlier I used Nokia 6230i for almost 4 years. I felt very much comfortable in using the NOKIA 6303 classic in all aspects when compared to my earlier model.
The firmware version v9.10 got lots of handy features. The 3.2mp camera is good. The build-in flash really comes in hand while taking portrait pictures in low light.
The sound quality produced is very good but not louder. However, I felt a bit disappointed about the default ring tones provided. Few of them haven't resulted in a louder hearing when the phone is a bit far. I have downloaded few ringtones from the following site: http://www.ringtones4all.com/ which I felt are very good.
When coming to the browsing, I felt the Opera mini browser provided to be faster than the traditional NOKIA browser and also with good features.
My Final words - This is the best phone for the price with a lot of handy features and very good battery backup. A full charge on an average call usage will go for 3 days.
I am eagerly waiting about the detailed feedback of the V10.10 to get the firmware updated. Friends, please provide more details on the new improved/added features in the V10.10.

menu->web->downloading settings->automatic saving->OFF
now every-time a download is made,you can choose the location of storage:)

u can here sound on flat hard surface louder. but on the bed type u can't here . while u r keeping on bed . reverse ur phone when u r keeping it on the bed.
this problem not only for this phone which phone has back speaker all r facing same problem.
i suggest nokia in future phone not to keep the speaker back. it should keep as in 2310 nokia or sony ericson.
it is very good its backup is 2 days if u charge up to full. whoile listnening to music.

i have updated nokia 6303classic version 9.10 to 10.10. Sound quality was improved than before.
install pc suit software and nokia updater software.
(u can download it from http://www.nokia.co.in/get-support-and-software/download-software/phone-software-update) in this enter ur phone model ie., nokia 6303. click the icon of ur phone. then u will be promt to download nokia software updater. download it and install the software. connect ur phone to pc via USB cable. then u can update.
