some phone has high end specs but bad usability
6303 has the following plus points -
light n nice to hold on to, phone looks pretty
keypad is nice for texting ( as oppose to many n series which have very rigid keypad )
camera has advantage of autozoom rather then change to macro ( a hassle )
i find that in s40 u can select msg to be deleted with "mark" much easier then the s60
screen size is ok
main minus point :
below average sound quality
no 3G ?!

Hello Agarwal, I tried what u told. I selected the "use default for all applications" option and switched off and on the fone but it still is not working..Its telling failed to connect to internet

agarwal, 01 Oct 2009after reading many reviews on the web i bought this phone f... morei can't believe aou are taalking about the nokia 6303 and saying this. i have it for 3 months and have never expirienced the problems you said you had. except the camera, which i never expected it to be its best side, i have to say this phone is pretty great. no, it does not get heated, the fm player is just fine, plus the battery life is just great for the featyres it has... this phone really is very, very solid all-rounder...

If you want to use opera mini, go to menu - configurations - activate default for all option for internet , gprs and mms. Then switch on and off the mobile phone. You will be able to browse.

after reading many reviews on the web i bought this phone from a nokia priority dealer in Pune, what a disappointment!
Phone gets really hot when on a call.
The camera is really very grainy. Overall really unhappy with this phone. This actually mars the joy of taking a snap with a 3.2 mega pixel camera.
From time to time phone display that "memory full" after clicking the pics inspite of lot of empty memory in the memory card and that memory card option was selected.
Phone sound is very low as well as the speaker.
FM is not so good but i think this could be tuned further.
Battery seems to be good though but it displays wrong reading after few minutes of recharge.
GPRS is good on opera mini however i had a tough time in adjusting the same.
Nokia Care Center agrees that the handset is defective but all the handsets has the same feature.
Overall at times I feel like throwing the phone away.

Hello GK and everyone who have trouble saving the GPRS settings. Just type 1234 or 1111 when it asks for the settings pin. It will be saved. But the operamini doesnt work..Anyone knows anything abt that?? pls help.

How to run that operamini which is inbuilt application in NOKIA 6303c, after downloading internet settings from VODAFONE, its not allowing to save, it comes as
CERTIFICATION FAILED, SETTINGS DISCARDED.

this 6303c is not allowing to save vodafone internet settings, the inbuilt operamini doesnotwork at all

6303c has fully support A2DP and that too very good.
u can listen songs using STEREO bluetooth headphone with this mobile.

richa, 29 Sep 2009hey cn any1 tell m dt wen we slct applications then there r... morericha cities folder..u cant view it..its for the map application...if u delete those folders you wnt be able to view ur maps anymore..so be careful...
