Plenty of other people like this phone and dont have problems. Its not RUBBISH just because you think it is does not mean everyone else thinks so.

Your comment helps no one and if you dont like the phone dont come on this section. People want positive comments or comments which are constructive. I have this phone for months now and it does everything well and i have not encountered one single problem with it. Not one. Bet Sony Ericsson could never manage no software problems.

yes this phone is really great ... long battery life, nice camera clarity, one best thing is youtube video compatible, and screen resolution is very good... sound is little bit low.... but the phone's performance is really great!!!!!

Also when it comes to phones i see so many people blaring their phones not loud on the bus with music which is annoying in itself. Things like this drain the battery. If your the type of person to continually do this then your battery life will be worse. Phones now have bright colour screens music players bluetooth internet browsers games talking texting radios fast 3G and your phone constantly searches for a signal every minute. And people complain their batteries die too quick. Is it any wonder why. Your not meant to be hammering your phone 24/7 surely you have better things to do in your day than constantly playing with your phone. I have a job to go and you should think yourselves lucky you can have nice things like a phone. Some people have nothing in this world. Stop moaning about battery life.

I read opinions of some user... morein my humble opinion, a mobile phone is made for texting and calling. that's what i use it for; not for listening music with, i have an ipod for that. i also don't use bluetooth all that often, and i don't take a lot of pictures with it. if you do all of the above, don't complain about your battery only lasting for 1-2 days. the reason for that is obvious. i've had my phone for almost three weeks now, and my battery lasts for at least 4 days.
everybody should know this: whenever you buy a mobile phone (or any other device for that matter, be it an mp3 player, digital camera, gps system,...), the battery is most often pre-charged. you're supposed to drain the battery completely, then recharge completely in order to strengthen the battery. do this the first two or three times, and your battery will last longer.

I make few calls not long ones i use camera once or twice not always never bother with radio or music i have proper mp3 player for that. I also browse alot of internet and i still by past midnight have well over half the battery life left. You will find i am afraid with most phones that making long calls or alot of calls kills your battery much faster than anything. If you look at it this way. Phone manufacturers quote roughly quite long standby times but talktime is a million times shorter. So this is why they say upto 7 hours talk time. Bear in mind if you use your phone for other things during the day you wont get full 7 hours talk time. Mine lasts for 3 days with average use. I got no complaints.

dnt u use vibration along with ringtone..
dnt u use radio @full volume..
have u set ur network selection automatic?
do u use original supplied charger for charing purpose?
u must take into consideraiton the following factors too.
for me the phone battery is performing excellent...
i dnt use radio at all or music player..
i use it for talkin, takin pics at times..dats all..
n it lasts atleast 3 days...on an average..
u can see that most of the users claim dis..n its obvious..its having a 1050mAh battery..that u wnt even find in big moster hansets of samsung n sony ericsson.
i have no issues with this phone ..

I read opinions of some users on battery life of 6303 and their opinions are contrary to my experience, so in order to clarify things i will provide a few more details on my usage of my new 6303 which is as follows.
1. Phone Calls incl incoming(1.5-2.0 hours daily)
2. Text messages incl incoming - (3-5 daily)
3. Music / Radio - (1- 2 hours daily)
4. Network coverage: Very good
5. Internet browsing: NIL
6. Bluetooth: Always off
7. No unnecessary fiddling with phone
After above usage i have to charge the battery "every 1.5 day" as it runs out. The depletion is very fast after indicator touches the 30% mark.
People who claim a better battery life, please compare your usage with mine and this might give a good sense if there is something wrong with my battery or phone in general.
Why i am dissatisfied is because i previously used Nokia 5300 XpressMusic which has a talktime of 3 hours as compared to 7 hours of 6303. I charged the battery of 5300 everyday with aforementioned usage and expected 6303 to last "at least" 2 full days.
