Anonymous, 10 Aug 2009hi it is not showing the answer for light sensor...can u pl... moreWhat is the light sensor? It adjusts the screen brightness depending upon the light available above the phone. It increases the brightness when you are outside and reduces it when its dark. Light sensor also to will light up automatically the keypad in poor light conditions and turn off keypad in good enought light conditions. You pls use the 6303 in the dark room and test the light sensor by turning on/off the light, light sensor will work!

tracker, 07 Aug 2009i think this phone is good as organizer to your work, but i... moreYou have made a big mistake of choosing W395. I bought W395 first and returned it to the seller and got this 6303. W395 is the worst phone which i ever seen in sony ericsson.
N6303 is a nice phone with good features. In this the steel look more fine. Black is not good.

I've recently purchased a brand new Nokia 6303 from a Nokia Priority Shop. I have found the phone and its features to a very satisfactory level. Its screen, cosmetic apprearance and its specifications are upto the mark. However, I've noticed its Alarm clock volume level to be too damn low. Is that a software glitch? No way you can wake up from your deep sleep. Even its ringing volume is not as high as expected. In fact I've noticed that cheaper entry-level Nokia phones have superior ring tone volume and alarm clock volume levels than Nokia 6303. Anyone is facing similar problem please let me know. Is there anything I can do from my side? Nokia technicians please revert.
