i m stuck between nokia 6303 classic and nokia 5130 xpress music, both are worth their respective prices. 6303 has a good camera with a comparitively high resolution and good picture, whereas, 5130 has good sound quality!!...i'm confused!!!!

I've been using this nokia 6303 for 5 months now. and it's been great, i love this phone, the camera takes good pictures specially outdoors. the volume of ringtones seem to be ok. i have updated my firmware to 10.10 and it's been ok ever since. i could highly recommend this phone. the looks, function and the best of all, it has a stainless body! very sturdy! I wish nokia makes more phones like this.

suresh, 13 May 2010Is Calculator option available?If you lost ur calculator option from ur 6303c then Restore factory default then ur problem will be lost instead ur application. OK. Enjoy ur 6303 it is nice phone...
My suggestion is best to solve each and every problem from 6303c. OK.

what is the problem with this administrator approval...i shared an obvious problem with the forum and they didnt put it up...my screen has been going blank and went to permanent blank after i installed the new software for this phone...and it happens again n again.somebody help me out.

Actually is simple, if u confuse in 6303 and 6303i, there is a solution, If u want a loud ring tone sound, a nice OS, a big internal memory then u choose 6303i.
If u want a good camera then u choose 6303. that's all^^

when taking a picture keep pressing the capture(OK) button until the white square in the screen turns green then release the button then you get perfect pictures

hi
i got the software updated for this phone and after that it has been having problem.sometimes the screen went blank and after a few days it went permanently blank.it didnt turn on again no matter i connect the charger or pc...i had MOBILE ZONE warranty and sent it for service.they returned it good after a week and now it hasnt been even 15 days and it has gone permanently blank again.i think there is a problem with this new software because it had never got this problem as long as i had the older version.need help badly.thanks

Attention all!! If u wanna buy this phone u must read this b4 u buy it ^^
At 1st i wanna tell u guys who r interest in this phone, because i have both of them 6303 & 6303i.I love this phone too much, so i bought 2 of them, below is my opinion for this phone.
1.Sound:
6303i is louder then 6303 little, but the message tone is poor, is no loud like caller tone.
Compare to N73 10/10, then 6303i is 6/10, 6303 is 4/10(6303i win)
2.Camera:
6303 have auto focus but sadly 6303i is fix focus.(6303 win)
3.Display:
6303i front is big,Old man use is suitable^^, but u can re-size the front accept the Clock Display, its very very very BIG and u can't re-small it, but u can turn it off T.T
4.Memories Card Slot:
The Nokia website said 6303 is up to 4gb and 6303i is up to 8gb, and i tell u my 6303 and 6303i is both using 8gb micro sd, and its working great!! maybe u can try 16gb cos i heard my friend said can use up to 16gb! wow! No money buy 16gb haha!(peace)
5.The OS(operation System), 6303i have faster speed then 6303 and more fun then 6303, can copy and paste front at messaging but 6303 cannot do that. And many software like alike s60. For OS 6303i is better then 6303 many! (6303i win)
6.Defect:
No 3g No Wifi. Keypad 123 hard to press need time to adaptation. Tone sound no loud and little crack sound when u maximum the volume.
At last, For the price of this phone it worth!!
