be careful when buying a refurbished 6310i on ebay, bought one from a UK seller but it was a chinese copy. luckily I had my onld original one to compare it with but it was also confirmed by the ime# and it's "made in finland" sitcker.

Reliable, robust, simple, quick, long life battery.
Too good for business and taken off the production program.
Nowadays a phone shall last for 2 to 3 years only.
There are many similar examples in history of consumer goods.
Ask any Nokia engineer.

I live in Ghana and have been using a Nokia 6310i since 2004 to date. It is still working on the original battery which now gives me about 4 days standby time. Its the Best of the Nokia breed! ...

The best piece of mobile equipment ever made. Period. Today's devices are fine and powerful but switch all their services on and they'r run out of battery in just few hours. This one - 5+ days with original 12 year old LiPO. You can't compare it with anything new.
