this phone are very sensitive,every time i used the bluethoot to transfer a data to my fone.my fone will atomatically shut down..it happens not once but thrice then send my fone to the nearest nokia center and my fone stayed a month then changed the board of the unit,but the unit has the same problem.the fone is not useful anymore,and i want to throw it...

i just understand that its ac is not working which is causing to charge the cell. local people here unable to maintain its ac.....now what to do?????? any suggest wl be highly appreciated. thank you. ramesh /nepal

The phone is good, but its charging port does not work, but shows on the screen that a USB cable is connected, hence it consumes a lot of battery. What do i do about it? Your reply w'ld be highly appreciated.

i am using this set from more than two years .
there was no problem when i did not use head-set .
but some 2/3 month ago when i used head sets on it , then problem started , the problem is its battery . the original battry did not work and i changed it , i changerd more than 3/4 new batteries, but every one give just less than 30 minute time , it never charges full and some time it even does not charge .
this is the big problem for me , charger is working well,
please suggest me how i can operate it in well condition .
it is handy , easy to handle and costly set .
i am sad that it is not working.

I am using this phone since 6 months but there was no problem in this phone even it it a perfect cellphone for user's. In my opinion this ever best Nokia phone i have used.

Lizbe, 01 Feb 2010The phone heats up when talking on it, it is very very bad!... moreI have been using the 6500 phone for about more than a year and it is very handy and very light , and while you writing a message and by mistake pressed closed key then the message goes to draft , if does not then you need to adjust phone sitting which is very easy

I am looking ... morei would have to agree with you there, i have had mine nearly 12 months... i wish i was able to do a switch but i dont think the phone company is able to do it as i am on a plan.... i dont think i could get an upgrade, as i have another year to go

vmdmvdf, 28 Jan 2010does this phone vibrate? because i cant seem to turn on t... moreyes it does vibrate.u just go to tones then u will b able to access the vibration option

The phone heats up when talking on it, it is very very bad! When typing sms's, and you press an incorrect key, the message disappears, and its not in drafts, or in any folder, nowhere to be found. TERRIBLE PHONE, have never been this unhappy with a phone

disappointed, 02 Dec 2009the worst fone i've had so far. very ordinary. after a year... moreu r mistaken dear...this phone is very gud....its wrkin is superb...slim phn with appropriate features.....may b ur handling is poor thats y ur phn does not wrk properly....

I got this phone as soon as I could get my hands on one in 2007. It's possible to call or text people, and it's small, that all I want from a mobile phone.
