Im using Nokia 6500s for about 1 year. My sincere advice was dont opt to buy this phone. Reason was the price is more compare to other sliding phones and weight is heavy as the body is covered by stainless steel. None of the spare parts can buy from NOKIA care for this phone. This is the oldest set. Instead of this u can go for any of the Sony ericsson mobile or micromax it was better than Nokia. this phone camera was not works as 3.2 mp camera.

Hi frnds.i got dis phone before 2years.first time i was very interesting to use dis fone.bcuz of this style with slide.after 1 year the key pad is complanted(except nom.key) so it changed with its strip.its autofocus is damn n nw i am moody with dis fone bcuz its options are law.gprs is fast. typing is extra fine.other problems are not obtained.

i love dis 4ne,its youtube videos are more clear than in bb8900,bse no bufferring around like in bb89

I've been using this phone for 2 years.. as soon as i purchased it it automatically restarts if ill be using it for videos, video calls or ill be watching a video.. but i get used to it...
last 2 months ago i got a problem with this handset, the 1,4,7,* keys are not functioning or sometimes it functions but then it gives me hard time to press those keys... so i went to a repair shop replaced the ribbon.. spend some money for it(cause the warranty was over) but its OK... we all know slide phones will give us a headache.. but then its worth it... still love this phone.. =)

i bought dis phone ,2days ago ,frm uk used 4ne,the 4ne z working properly bt i try to switch off the paket dat ,it cnt ,its stil active ,evenif am offline,and its takes my money,i tried to put paket data ,in when needed mode,nthng change,btw the fone has 3 network frm uk.wat should i do,pls help

Exceptionally Good... I have captured my mermories from 2007 till date... not a single scratch on the body, thanks to its Steel Body... Fabulous Phone from Nokia, and nice style too... em loving it, highly recommended if u get it from anywhere.. :)

I have used many nokia model handsets over the past 9 yrs.But this model had topped all other models in every aspect. Robust, practical and durable handset.Ga.

I find this is a great phone, so simple to use and very rugged, but the battery lets it down. Do you know of any good batteries to put in this phone to extend the life?

i spend more than 10 000 for my 6500 slide but i still have prob in it. Memory card slot is not working properly. It is continuously restarts it self.
