I bought it but after four months it breakdown. It sometimes stop working, other time working.

i've got my own 6500 and it bworks properly aside from hanging when opening videos,,but now i solved it by upgrading my version to 9.40v.try it it may help you solving your problems

you cant use a secondary camera thats only for 3g video call you know

The retail price for the 6500 now is NZ$650. It is too overpriced. but last year it was around NZ$350. The Nokia Phones in NZ for Vodafone had doubled in price. i think becoz of the demand. The n95 is really bulky i have to agree. it was hard to keep in pocket.But both have quite bad sliding mechanism id rate n95 as a 7/10 and 6500 as a 8/10.

Preferable to th... moreYea, i went with the trade and i also got 250 dollars extra counting that the 6500 was not in the best condition as my n95. i like it more then the n95. the only down side was that the 6500 does not have 3.5mm audio jack.. but meh. i am happy and thanx for the reply.

Preferable to the n95 which is bulky whereas the 9500 has simple yet effective options for best user satisfaction. However i wouldnt recommend paying any more than a n95. I bought the nokia 6500 for 700 at a retail vodafone shop which in my opinion is too overpriced for what its worth. Overall id give the n95 a 6.5/10 and 9500 a 9.5/10. Although it might seem unfair in your part, for the sake of not purchasing another phone, id go along with the trade.

I think 6300 is better :-) than 6500 I mean 6500 is nicer :-) but 6300 has got more .. options .. :-P

I was wandering. How does this phone compare with n95? i have n95 in NZ and i want to use in telecom xt network but it dosent support it. so i was thinkin of trading with with this one. i dont use GPS and casually use the WLAN. so aprt from that i dont see much difference and im not a big fan of what camera it has. no diff.

Battery back up is very poor while compare to other nokia phones. Need to improve... Can u please provide one good solution for this

It's nice to see Nokia back on top. This mobile will in mind be better than LG Shine, SE S500i, Samsung U600/U700 and Motorola Z6/Z8. In other words, I think this will be the best slider out there. I love the specs (3G, 3.2MP cam), I love the design (not too thin, metallic, timeless) and I love the fact that Nokia made it (excellent UI).

Small size, big screen, good camera 3.2 mp, very good video VGA, flash, radio, TV out...Can't believe after all these years Nokia has made exactly what i was waiting for !

this phone looks brilliant, way better than 6500 classic junk and 8600 luna junk. thumbs up for this one!
