I got this type phone 3 month ago.its good and user friendly. but now I have small problem with display.when lighting the display i can see some old page under my wall paper.When i open the camara i can see 2,3 old page lightly under my target picture.Please give me solusion?

I'm still planning to get one,so I have read all the features and also its designed.Its superb.

Anonymous, 28 Dec 2008you said you couldnt read your memory card. well thats the ... moreI had a few problems with this phone but fixed all of them after I realise that the back cover has four pins which activate sensors in the phone. These sensors apparently check that the back cover is in place. If for any reason the back cover gets bent and the pins won't make good and stable contact then the phone becames erratic. If you have problems with the sd card then check especially the pin near to the sd card -bent the back cover a bit to make sure this pin makes proper contact with the sensor-

if you hold the top right hand side of the phone where the memory card is situated and push on it, then you will be able to access it, but other then that the memory card can not be accessed on the phone.
wrong choice i made. =|

i've had this phone for exactly a year now. and no offence but it is terrible. it always freezes and turns off. (like re-loads the stand-by screen all the time).
and also my clear/ back button (the right hand side top one) doesnt work. so its a real pain. think before you buy aye.
do your research.

i owned a 6500 slide ! its so nice to used ! it is easy to use and no problem to use, but it is so heavy for me. over all its excellent.

I have this phone. Yes, it is stylish, made of metal, but I agree on most of the people here that it freezes and restarts a lot. White line appears whenever I browse the menu. 3.2 megapixels? Not when you transfer it on the PC, its kinda blurred, always. I tried switching it for other units but they say that the phone is not broken(does it mean it really operates like this?). I got used to it anyway. If you'll ask me about buying this phone, try looking for other units.

Like above this phone has started to freeze and the buttons sometimes decide not to work.....what happened to the all powerfull never die Nokia i used to know and love? Changed manufacturers perhaps?

I am also planning to buy Nokia 6500. But i have read all the opinoins but i have met the people (my friend)who has used the Phone 6500. They all are satisfied and said that go ahead and buy it as well as they have also heard the same problem as discussed below but when they bought it they are satisfied.
SO i m still confused to buy it or not ?
