se rulez lol lol ...but i hope they will release a phone where the T9 don't lag !! and waw the cam quality of the t610..humm you can do nothing with those pictures ..the qaulity really sux... (i don't read it, i have one)... have you look at the Java performance of t610 ... worst than a C55 or low price model.. (http://www.jbenchmark.com/)... and the last thing.. it's impossible to use Java soft to connect to server. like instant messaging and other (no socket support). Only passive program exist.. always have to refresh like a stupid wap page !!!
ps :this thread is here to post comment about nokia 6600 not start a war between nokia and 6600... and i'm realy asking me how many people had readlly test the phone they are speaking about :)

DMX the P900 is the replacer from the P800,the P800 will not produce if the P900 come out.
Second you are richt about the NEW phone.SE is going to develop a NEW phone 10 time's better than the P900 believe me.
Also SE will released the T630 soon in Maart with 1 megapixel cam.
This year come the:T105,T220,T330,T620,Z200,Z600,P900 an maybe the P200

vin, there is an MP3 player for Symbian that is 250KB. You put MP3s on your memory card. Cool huh?

Some fella who claims to be a staff in Nokia's R&D Department says that there will be a new Communicator. Will be revealed in October or something.
Rumours are out also that the P900 is not the real replacement for the P800, just an upgrade or something and that there will be a new one, with mega pixel camera and maybe even WiFi support....

N6600 is not on my wish list anymore. I am now torn between the P900 and the XDA 2. When the XDA does not support BT, the P800 was the clear winner, I was about to buy the P800 about a month ago, but when I heard of the P900, I decided to wait. Now, with the XDA 2 with full BT support, I am now in a full quandary. To all who wants a real smartphone or a phone that can do PDA functions (or the other way around), forget 6600, 7650, 3650 or even the 3660, the only real smartphone that nokia has is the 9210i, but since they are not updating it (not yet so far, only heard some rumors about a new one 92xx or 93xx). Go for the P900 or the XDA 2!!!

IF Nokia is ONLY taking care of Marketting and not the R&D Department.. LoL =P...
That's their strong point.

Yeah, memory is a down on the T610... But I've learned to live with it..
After all, it's not like you'll be running every java/mophun programs you have on your phone at the same time.
I have 600kb free for additional pictures and MMS. When I run out of space on the move, I just send all my pictures to my PDA via bluetooth.
On the 7250i, when you're on the move, you're stuck with that 3.5mb. At least the T610 has options of sending files away.
But then, look at Nokia. Nokia has great potential in the sense it has an advantage in it's brand name, but then it's just playing with it's customers. Look at what they have been coming out lately? Only their 6600 is decent.. the rest are nonsense..

You know what bothers me? When a company with great potential ruins itself with dumb things. Look at the T610! I love the looks on it! The camera is great! But the goddamned SE gave it TWO megabytes!! That's just dumb!... Even the 5MB on my 7650 seem very low... That is why I always use my 3650 with my 128MB MMC.
Memory is very important in a camera phone.. at least 7250(i) has 4MB memory.

Wat to do.. ah.. so malaysian lar =P..
I bet you got that 7210 a while ago =)..
Had the T68 when the 7210 was out.. LoL..
Used to envy that in terms of colour screen and polyphonic..
But after hearing Samsung's polyphonic and seeing their screen.. I finally realised what a rip off their colour headset and polyphonic phones are...
Don't worry vin =)...
T610's price will be lower next year..
By the way.. the P900 isn't going to be top for long... It seems like mid next year only will SE release a NEW phone and not the upgraded P900.
New phone supposed to have more memory, megapixel camera.. and maybe even WiFi technology =P..
In Starbucks you'll see ppl with their notebook surfing.. here you'll be having this dream phone surfing.. LoL..

DMX, u're a malaysian too? i think i have to wait a year so that the price would goes down =)
ya, i agree with wat u said DMX. Nokia phones are alwiz more costly. Because of their name "NOKIA". Most of da phone look alike.
I would prefer Sony Ericsson phones. But im using N7210 now =P wat to do. No Money =(

Okay. Corrections, it has an external metal casing =P..
Just like the T610, 8850, 8855, 8910, 8910i....
6600 will rule over the market because it's a Nokia... I guess...
But the P900 will always be a better phone..
Just like how the P800 is STILL the better phone with newer phones out like the 3650.
About pricing with the P900.. I don't think it will be too expensive... You might think so, but just look at the T610. It has much more features than it's counterpart the 7250i, but when it was released, the price was actually lower than the 7250i. If the P900 came out with a similar price to the 6600, I'm sure it'll do well. Afterall, the T610's sales surpasses that of the 7250 and 7250i combined... from what I've heard so far from mobile shops..
Anyway, Nokia is more notorious for releasing phones at higher price...
Look at the 7250.. when it first came out.. It's about RM2000. Now it's all the way at RM1300...
The best example would be the 7650.. first came out at around RM3000++... now it's only RM1500++...
RM 3.8: USD 1
Incase you don't know your exchange rate =P..
The selling point of the P900 over the P800 would be morelikely the screen, better memory option... and finally, a more professional design... The P800 looks like a toy... so does the 6600 in my opinion.. but P800 more due to it's colours...
Oh by the way, the P800 and P900 will be the only two phones with standard HTML browsers which supports full html sites =P..
And you'll still be.. browsing Wap 2.0 pages?... LoL...
But anyway.. 6600 or P900.. both out of my price range... maybe 3 years time for me.. LoL...

I still believe that 6600 will rule over P900 in the market... P900 is NOT worthy. I still prefer the P800.. I am sure they will release the P900 extremely pricey. If i wanted a touchscreen, I would get a PDA.. When coming to a phone, i prefer phones like 6600..
