Everytime I receive a message, it moves to the outbox and the outbox sign is stuck on the top right side of the screen till the message is deleted from the outbox, even for days. The sign doesn't move, so it is not in the process of sending. It has only started recently and I don't know how to stop it. Help, please?

to format u hav to :
press the switch on button ..and then as soon as the foen is switched on immediately press the green key+ "*"+3 to do hard formatting.......

maybe there is a problem in software of ur phone, did u try to hard reset ur phone?
here is another solution. disable your "access point in use" for multimedia message
go to "messaging"--> selesct "settings"--> selesct "multimedia message"--> selesct "access point in use"--> selesct "None"-->select "back"--> select "yes"
i think now no MMS will be sent.
