Do not get this phone
Backlight & volume are useless......
Just those 2 item alone are the most frustrating!!
Not worth the hassle
Rethink and get something else
A better option
Wish I still had a choice again but too late now and wasted my money...

problem when using indoor, reception very bad. keep receiving "missed call" msg from network provider. Even signal full bar, unable to receive call.

I have been using the 6600i slide for abt 6 months now,to be fair, I think it is quite a good phone, compact, light, tough, and quite reliable. but now adays every Tom Dick and Harry thinks only an iPhones or black berry are good but I hates thoes big and nasty heavy phones.

I wonder if these phone companies read our comments cause if a phone has negative feed back then the they (nokia) need to do their home work! So Tech Addict, is it a yes or a no cause this sound thing is really getting to me and I’m no phone expert but I love my music!

Loved the asthetics(looks)BUt performance sucks
Ring tone at maximum volume still too soft even at moderate niosy environment.Processor freezes frequently and memory card slot in very tight spot,so is the sim cord slot.and 3.5 audoi socket(lack of)
Hopefully nokia will fix it, if it did it's a very nice looking phone.
