Yes, You can make a video call using this phone,
you have to look at the camera to be seen from other person or you can look at the screen to be able to see the other person but he will not be able to see you.(Only one can see).

I used this phone for almost 6 years, I was able to change it many times but didn’t because I really liked it and was able to meet my needs. It is very reliable and trustful. Never hangs, easy to browse the menu, I was never shy to use it in public. The only issue I faced with was during the last 6 months when it stopped reading the memory card. While my colleagues and friends were facing issues with all phones they have mine was smoothly functioning.
Finally I decided to change it because I need to be connected to the internet all the time.

Awesome phone! I tried testing its internet speed against another legend the Nokia N70 with basically the same browser and same settings. they roughly have the same download speed but guess what, this phone can connect faster than the N70. I made this comparison by simply connecting them to the same websites (Facebook, Formula 1, Worldcarfans, etc.) pushing the button at the same exact time. In 8-9 out of 10 occasions the 6630 easily triumphed over the N70. Then I revised the practice a bit by giving the N70 a 1-2 second head start over the 6630 but to no avail, the 6630 simply overtook the N70 by connecting and loading the web pages faster. I tested it with and without 3g connection and the results are still the same. The N70 may have so many upgrades and better memory compared to this but we can never deny the fact that during its time this was the King of all mobile phones and a sturdy benchmark to its successors.

My firmware indicates that my phone was made Sept. 17, 2005 but thats because i changed my firmware from its original Vodafone signed symbian OS. Anyway, its a wonderful thought that few phones can reach the 7 to 8yrs mark with little or no problems at all just like my 6630. =>
