hey ti op..
i had set the length as maximum... still it dosent work out.. but when i use the phone memory for video recording.. it goes on till it can save...
so is there problem with my memory card or what??

this phone is to good, compaq in use . the only thing that i like bout this mobile is that u can transfer u r fav musiz from the net is amazing

the people complaing about the wallpaper sharpness convert ur pictures to 176x136 pixel resolution then set as wallpaper it will look same as in the gallery.
if u dont have resolution converter then try corel photo paint to resample the image

I have dis phone from 6 months.I m very happy with it.It seems very cool from back.It has all good features.It is king of all 1.3mp cam phones.I think every body should go for it.
I have a 256mb card and it work very nicely and fast.The usb cable work well.
Only i angry when i set a photo as wallpaper it not look sharp and clear like the photo in gallery.Why? Please some body solve this problem

we have the same firmware and I too use a 512 memory card
but I've been able to record vids for 5 mins without any problems so far
maybe it in the settings you should use max length in video perhaps?

6630 has a good camera even though the 3250 can produce bigger pictures(2mp advantage) 6630 has good quality that is equal to that of the n70,(which is supposedly superior in quality to that of the 3250)with the only advantage of the n70 having a bigger picture compared to the 6630 and a better zoom(fartherthough the 6630 has a smoother zooming function) and less grain at night shots thanks to the integrated flash of the n70(from mobile review) and 6630 has a slightly better cam than 6680(from mobile burn)
though it doesnt have an integrated flash (it is the camera's weakest point, that's why it's a bit grainy indoors) but it still good ^_^
both have the same QCIF video
there's a program called "ETI camcorder pro 2" that if you purchase the complete version you can have a CIF video!!!!(n70-ish in video size)
though the 3250 is probably capable of this as well...no program is developed for it's platform(symbian platform 9) yet
6630 is the fastest smart phone
it is also 3g capable compared to that of the 3250
both have the same sound quality if you use the headset
but I believe that the 3250 has a better external speakers
6630 is alot cheaper though ^_^
3250 is more fashionable (for me at least)^_^
I have a question to 6630 users
does any of you guys have been able to utilize the mobile t.v. function?
coz I've been able to "stream videos" in our local channel via gprs and watch programs from our local channel
but the problem is the picture is very grainy
and hangs often
but I've seen a friend of mine be able to access mobile T.V. with superb clarity of the videos
how can I do it?
is it because of my gprs connection?

which one is a good buy.. 6630 or 3250.. i am confused.. i need to use it as a good music player. also a good camera.. 1.3 or 2 will do... but wht abt the performance.. ???? i want to make my money worth spending for such a mob i am investing for first time.

hey ppl.. ive been using 6630 for a week.. and i hav a problem with video recording.. whenever the recording time goes to 3:40, the recording stops and tells me that "memory is full close some applications and try again" even though only the camera is runnin.... i am using 512 Rs MMC card and i have kept the storage settings to memory card...and tem memory card has about 400 mb free space.... so could anyone please tell me what the problem would be and how to rectify it???? aand also my phone is a bit slow... so please please tell me what to do... mu firmware version is

All nokia phones (BB5)starting from 6630 uses
"TI OMAP 1710 ARM-926 220 MHz" processor upto N92 see http://www.nokia-tuning.net/index.php?s=processor only the size of memory (RAM) is more in costly phones and built in hdd or much more resolution in display or high resolution camera and built in wlan and two cameras or other acclerating hardware for video or sophisticated speakers are in those phones.

well the video recording depends on the size of the mmc.a month ago i just replaced my mmc with 128mb instead of 64mb which we get it with the phone.so the video recording is upto 2 hrs.and even the pics are more.

Well This Phone is amazing it is the best in its range and you know this is the only phone in the range which can support 3G features upto the same limit which is in N70 this set is just fantastic

I have been using a 512MB card and have never faced any 'slowing down' of the operating software.
I believe that the 1GB card will ask work effectively. The best way to make a card work for you is to copy all its files onto a comp/laptop thru a card reader and then format the MMC. After formatting copy all the files back onto the MMC. You will notice a major change in the way your files open after the formatting.
You can try this site called phone9.com. Search for it in google and you'll get all the latest games and softwares for your 6630 on the site. And that too free. I personally prefer the Mp3 player that they have freely available for download. Excellent s/w with some good playback features.

Excellent phone. Has some amazing features with bluetooth and memory card slot. If you use a 512MB or 1GB card then you'll be able to download all the software freely available on the net. I have used the phone for more than a year now and i don't think i have ever used a better nokia phone yet. Simple, sturdy, very good battery life, the best camera in its class, and above all video recording upto an hour. I agree that the lack of infrared port is a hindrance but then you get around it eventually.

I have been using it since last 3 months and found fantastic. This is combination of best value with optimum features and facility. I am wondering to know when used 3G, does it help for video calling. If any one is familier with this. Please let me know.
