hi,
I just want to know can the n6630 use normal sim card(2.5g) instead of 3g sim card? It is n6630 comes with the latest software n firmware upgrade if i buy it at the year of 2006 ?

This phone is great, I have converted to it after a 6260 and the transformation is amazing, the speed is awesome! My only problem is getting software, my current v 3.45.113 is giving a few problems, however there is a newer V5.65.225 out and that is suppoesed to cure the problems but is not available yet at my local Nokia dealer.
Other than that a stunning package, has anyone had any major problems i should know about?

I tried the MP3base before but it does not work on my phone, now i am using WMA plus (which plays WMA and MP3 format) and ultraMP3 , but these are without equalizer. Now I have Alon MP3 with equalizer. It does not Rocks!!! but you'll be in Cloud 9 listening to your MP3 selections. "Let the Saga continues......"

after using 6670 a lot and then using 6630 for about a month, i came to a conclusion that 6630 is better than 6670 in terms of sound quality, snapping & video making and a bit faster than it. on the other hand 6670 is perfect for running all kinds of applications available so far!
there ARE software problems in 6630 like whenever i tried to take an instant snap ... it gave an error "memory full, close some applications etc" and i had to restart it everytime while there are no errors in 6670's software!

---do you have the license code for mp3basestereo coz its asks for a code when im trying to open it.
is there any reported incident regarding broken cover of memory. im afraid it might broke because im always installing new tones games and application on my fone...

this phone really fast compare 2 the 6600 and 3230 running@ 220 mhz!!! best value 4 your money and the sound quality is good

hello everybody have just bought this phone here in india ,was using a motorola e398 previously with rokr s/w . this phone is nice espesially the speed but it hangs sometimes which has never happened with my moto before, the sound is nowhere near the moto stereo speakers, the camera is excellent in 6630 , the amount of java and symbian application available free are a bonus and the data cord and the bluetooth work excellcent with my XP P/C .
if you all want to see full screen pictures of yr photo collection resize it to 176*208 and send it to yr phone then press star and voila you will see full screen photos and you can scroll further with the joypad any body wanting to exchange some good s/w or games can mail me . overall am proud of my choice

this phone is good in every ways,even the speed while using gprs
bt the major problem with this phone is that no code and no software works if you forgot your security code.
this phone even hangs after installing some additional software in it via data cable from your home pc.
N if any one having trick or software to retain or reset the security code plz post your opinion . plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I`ve tryed jbechnmark on 6630, n70, 6680 and results of 6630 was the best. While N70 User Interface takes 46 points, 6630 takes 283 points. Awesome. Other options worked on 6630 better too. So, I think that it is the best nokia s60 phone ever, althoug it hasn`t fm, 2mp camera or 262k colours screen. Want smartphone, buy 6630 and you won`t be disappointed.

Hey, iwould like to buy this fone. It's the cheapest 3G fone in the 3G collection, but I don't really like the design it's like the old 3650. hmmmm... but other than that it's really a good fone!

why doesnt the 6630 work with rs dv mmc's of 3 volt only?? also what are sd cards and why does 6630 doesnt work with them???? nowadays what r the mmc's which r available ?? will it be a prob if i bought 6630 cause the mmc is different??? is it different from the mmc used in 6600???? do no other mmc's work in 6630??? cant i put a 6600 mmc in 6630???? pls help me about these ????????? and thanks for ur help !!!!!!!!

hey guys it seems i hr of video takes up a lot of mem !!!!!! does it ? if it does how much does it take???? also what is the max size of the memory card that we can use in this mob??? do pls tell me guys !!!! and thanxxxxxx a lot for ur help!!! and we can increase the mem rite? whats the max? also i heard that the keypad fades away after some time, i mean the paint and all will peel off is taht true????? guys do ans my qs. also is the quality of the pics a little blurish than 6600????? is the pic quality of 6600 better than 6630??? thanxxx in advance guys!!!

hey guys can anyone tell me if there are any problems with the 6630!!! cause i'm really gonna buy this one !!! it sure does look cool ! magic penguin do u have any negatives??? and what about the positives?? i heard that there is no night mode in the cam is that true???? and can i type power point , word and all this??? i mean can i make these documents as in a computer or can i just view them?????? pls help meee!!!
