Need to do a firmware upgrade, I think. I live in FOrt worth, TX, USA, anyone know where I can go to upgrade this? Or can I DL from the net and do it myself?
I have no complaints about the phone. Sometimes it gets a little slow, but I do some memory moves and everything comes back.
I am very happy with this purchase!!!

this is the best phone.he suported,bluetooth,mmc card,edge,3g,mp3,connecting with printer and pc have a lots of extras.I bought this phone july 2005,and I'm very happy

hi guyz...i just upgraded my new brilliant nokia 6630 firmware from V3....sumthing to V5.03.08 for free at nearest nokia service centre today at 11:55 a.m. (malaysia);eventhou it tooks around 2 hrs but it's very worth for me bcoz after that i can feel the differences,more reliable,smooth & manageable than before i upgarded it! for those who are using this phone can understand what i'm trying to say here & feel the same that i feel right now;but for those who are still finding the best phone for this new year,i suggest to you all to get this phone...very2 awesome! better hurry!!!... =) thankz again to magicpenguin & all gsmarena supporters especially for the nokia 6630 users... we rock!

Man over 100 users think this phone is awsome... Let me tell you that my phone with the latest firmware is has no bugs... Is all you need... And about "the stupid rubber"... That stupid rubber helps you to protect the camera lens... I think is much more better to change the cover then changeing the camera... If this phone is slow try 6600 7610... This way you will see what really means slow... At 220 MHz i don't think is slow... My first PC had 300 MHz and it wasn't slow... How can you tell that a phone with 220Mhz is slow???

I think a player with an equalizer presets can do the work but i don't know where we can find a good/free one... I am looking for this too... In the headset the sound is not very bad but it can be better i hope... :D

Man in my opinnion the screen is very bright... You can adjust the brightness... I keep it at the maximum level and is awsome... This phone it has the best price for his specifications... You can see that i told rezarazu to buy it and is very pleased with the phone... I advice you to go for 6630 too... :)

I don't think that you can get a virus from your PC because symbinan the virus is a .SIS file as i know... To protect your phone get a anti-virus software for symbian phones :)

i am now using this set,i am at all pleased with this set,but the ram is little bit slow i think. and i can not erase the report of messages one by one from the set. the night mode in the picture is not that much effective. over all nice looking set and one of the best mobile set in the world.

i have bought a new 6630 phone some 2 weeks back it is awesome man................i just connected this to my pc and i have downloaded some themes and songs to my mobile.....but i was just wondering if any virus from the system can get into my mobile.......can any1 suggest me the resolution for this.......how to prevent it from adulterating by virus.........

how can i increase the quality of sound i this particular phone. every thing is so good n nice but i don't like the sound quality. is there any sound enhancer wich can upgrade the sound quality or other alternate to increase my sound n it's quality. reply me asap....please

hey i got this cell phone.itsnegative points r the mp3 sound quality is very low comparing to sonyericssons.Even my old k700 SE has better sound then the 6630.It lacks a bluetooth.Battery Life is great.It last for 4-5 days.i just wanna know what is the 6630 music edition?n if there is one can i convert my 6630 to the ''MUSIC EDITION'' or is it like i heard u can improve its sound quality and how can i improve the sound quality??? plzz some 1 help me

Has anyone tried an external FM radio headset with this phone? Not having an inbuilt FM radio is its only drawback. Original Nokia FM headsets cost almost 10 times more than 3rd party cheap ones in India.
What is the sound quality like when listening to radio? Is the extension bulky?

hey need a little help...i am trying to transfer files between my computer and my 6630...using a billition bluetooth adapter..but the file transfer window does not show any files to send from computer and if I try from mobile it says all bluetooth connections are in use..wat to do? thanks

Try crystal.sis under mobango.com, it can play video formats and good thing of it was that was a free license and download from the mobango site. register first to that site to be able to download this file. just try it.
