keypad lock:
press Left Key then Asterisk...or
press on/off button...lock keypad will appear
i am using Kingston 512mb mmc...it's working great with tons of softwares installed downloaded for FREE from the websites previously posted here...check it out!
use the Nokia PC suite by using the USB cable included in the package. it would automatically ask you if you want to save it to your mmc or internal memory/phone. but my advise is for you to save/install all your datas/applications on the mmc...it helps to make your phone work fast/great without experiencing Freeze/Hang all the time.

i lock my keypad with a quick press of the power on/off button and selecting lock keypad..to reactivate it press left soft key and then star..sometines it not easy to see how to unlock as you will find out because the screen light does not come which gives you the instruction on how to activate keypad

there is an automatic keylock
it will also allow you to set a pin on the keylock and it will automatically lock after 5 seconds

hi there
im looking to buy this phone but some of the posts on this phone are 50:50
please can someone confirm a few things
1, is the largest memory supported 512mb
2, can you download/transfer more than 10mb of data in one go due to the internal memory
3, how easy are the covers to change
3, if all the info on the phone is saved to the memory card (applications, sms, games etc.etc) does this stop the problem with the memory faults

Hummmm Tom who's sat next to me i dont think there is a keypad lock. any little nokia boffs out there that no????

i love the 6680 it may be a bit big but look at the razor, yeah its good lookin but the so many people keep telling me that it keeps breakin at least people can know for sure that the 6680 will last longer than 5 mins.........

@ jb loojk m8 close your applications down properly this will stop that problem to find out what you still have open press and hold the menu button down this brings a list off all open apps
then maybe you can post your comment up your anus i have had this phone for 3 months now with very few problems

just got a lot of 6680 themes free and wallpapers from www.phoneyworld.com.Fantastic gadget with endless things to mess around with.On bbc click online they said the opera browser is now free i just wondered if that is for mobiles as well.wondering when the 1gb rs dv mmc card is due out,its obvious they will do its just when

6680 have some errors that occur in its memory card and its phone memory.My problem was memory card still have some place but it fail to transfer software and said that the memory is out of place!And one more thing is that the audio sounds like a bit rough.I think tiz is the improvement that Nokia has to make better.

i have just installed an application call SeleQ...but it doesn't work on my phone, so i remove it..but y is the logo still on my menu screen? (this application is in the memory card)...is there anyway to remove the logo??...pls help :(

This is a GREAT phone thxs to NOKIA of course,whether this phone has radio or wht who cares.If u 1 radio go n buy it nw radio u can get it for $10+ or less.THIS PHONE IS THE BEST!!! I dunno y ppl had problems wth this phone my friend already got i for almost 1mth alredy,no prob.I dunno y ppl complaint abt it...maybe u guys bought the fake 1 hehe.......GREAT WORK NOKIA

Hi, this question is not on the 6680 , but a general on nokia..Soon im gonna by this phone but I want to be sure that where from i buy it , its original. ( not fake ones from Dubai etc )..How can i be sure its from NOKIA ?

this phone i suppose isnt that attractive but it feels classy when you get hold of it and you can swap covers.Does any one know how you can make the device play video after video?on my mpx220 you put it in another folder and select shuffle and will randomly play all your video clips and on other phones under options it says add to playlist.I am stuck on this one so if any persons know ,thanx.really excellant phone 10/10

ithink this is a wicked fone but i think it is not very attractive i like sexy looking fones and this one is not very good on the looks side

FYI:
i'm using Kingston 512mb memory card/$53.00
tons of softwares were installed and still working fine. the only problem i got is the scratches on the cover...buy a plastic/silicon case if you really want to protect it.
