Nokia 6680 is just what I had wanted. I went for it because of some of the needs which it met with. Like
Q Word, excel, p point, PFD support
                      Email with attachments
and most of all its a symbian, has EDGE and connectivity thro bluetooth.
Now I can save my office notes and data in word, transfer to memory card and synchronize with my PC at home.
The pictures taken thro its 1.3 mega pixel camera are too good, and help me a lot in my office work. I can click interesting pictures of XRY's and ECG's of my patients and some dermatological problems and share them with my fellow doctors.
                      Overall its a good phone.

pc suite transfers files in seconds people so no need to sit for hours using bluetooth file by file unless you dont have a pc

@claire install pc suite then use the lead to install your 6680 to the pc then plug the same lead into your 7610 and it will install the drivers for your 7610 once this is done transfer all your files you want from the 7610 to a folder on your pc then use music manager to transfer them to the 6680 and away you go ringtones on your 6680 free lol

@celina it all depends what you want out of a phone if you just want a phone that is easy to use with a good camera the d500 is ok but the 6680 is ten times better than the d500

the best part of this phone is the screen quality pictures ive taken with my 6230 even look good on this phone even tho the camera on 6230 is vga

the worst thing is getting used to closing browser down properly otherwise it hangs on apps if this remains the worst thing about this phone then i will be getting another in twelve months time

@claire once you have transferred your file via pc suite move the file onto memory card via file manager in phone menu then transfer more files via pc suite
