i'm using my n6680 for almost nine days now...
the only problem i've encountered is the very small font for messaging (hard to read especially when i'm drunk)and 256mb is the only highest capacity available here in Manila.Not enough size for my fave mp3's.
this is much better than my previous fones namely: P800,N6230,P900,P910,N6230i and Treo 650.

to b-unit,
check ur 128 mb card is RS-DV-MMC (REDUCE SIZE DUAL VOLTAGE MULTI MEDIA CARD)or not? this phone only works on this type of memory card only.

maslina:no is not true that 6630 is not better tha 6680. 6680 is better than 6630 its true.

I just bought my Nokia 6680. Nothing special about the phone unless you make use of the 3G facility provided by your phone network. I had my Sagem before and I think my Sagem is much better for me. With my Nokia 6680 I couldn't type SMS message directly from PC when it is connected thro' USB cable provided. It goes the same for my friend who use Nokia 6260. Can anyone give some ideas on this.

nokia 6680 are best in the wolrd there is no problem it's good i am very happy

Does anyone in here work for Orange in the UK? Does anyone in here know when Orange in the UK are going to get some more effing stock for upgrade? Can anyone in here tell me why I can buy a new 6680 from Orange as a new customer (although they won't allow me to port my number because I'm already on Orange!!), but I can't get one on upgrade because upgrades are "out of stock"? Ludicrous!!!

i just have nokia 6680 today , and i also have 128mb memory stick , and it wouldn't work in nokia 6680 . is it true this phone only work with original memory 64mb ?

Thanks for your advice brev, i'll make sure to ask for a new sim. I went in to a vodafone store today to play around on a working version of the fone, its very nice in your hand and i can now confirm that it has standard nokia texting features 160 characters!

also to wozza dont call on monday call wednesday cos the 6680 wont be on the system till then

to wozza i work for o2 you will need to ask for a 3g sim card but you should get one anyway but just ask in case the 3g sim should be sent out automaticlly but ask just in case

deora... dude if u r a pre-paid user then u r not albe to call from phonebook... n u hav to restart it n then call... if u have a post-paid connection... then there is no problem in calling from phonebook or log... and dude this info is 100% correct... coz it happened wid me....

Guys I live in Saudi Arabia i bought Nokia 6680 2 days ago it has some problem when calling from phone book(especially after using Wap & Internet) but after restarting it becomes ok and the bluetooth is not working properly as well it fails to search the devices for sending but recievng is ok.
Can anybody tell me whats the exact problem Pllllllleeeeeeease.

hey...y some people said the text messaging is 70 words and some say 160 for this phone...which 1 is correct?

dont know about the video calls, but the text messaging allows 160 characters (it will charge for 1 text) then when you go over it will charge 2 texta, then 3 etc.. 160 characters is standard nokia

hey guys, i am hoping to order this fone from O2 on monday. Ive read on the internet in a couple of places about this phone having short txt messages, anyone care to elaborate??? and does anyone know if my o2 monthly contract sim card will allow video calling or should i ask for a new sim?
