First page for call records here onl;y states " YES ". Would be nice if they told you how many Missed Calls, Received Calls and Dialled Calls this phone is capable of handling. Can't figure out why the Nokia phones only remember 10 or each?? With all that memory out there these days they can only seem to remeber 10 of each? I wish GSM Arena would post how many each phone remembers rather then just a YES for call records. Investing $300,$400 or more on a new phone that can only remember 10 numbers is quite poor..

Did any one of you noticed the earpiece volume to be very low or is it my phone that has this issue. Please reply.

          hello,
bought the nokia 6680.thrilled so far, although i had my first bad experience...

I inserted a 256MB DV RSMMC trancend and although worked fine at first,i tried saving a video file from the phone, the card blacked out,and the phone issued a message that the card was destroyed.
I then reinserted the card, reformated it twice(just in case)and now works without any problems. However this thing locked my folder that has all multimedia files on the phone, and could not access the files from there, but from the management of files folder.
I had to hard reset the phone ( *#7370#) to solve the problem. Now everything works great

pictures are great, battery is average, but i dont mind.I have already bought a stand and a couple of batteries anyway. All those phones are kind of battery eaters.what do you expect?
          enjoy

I dont like the way sonyeric configures the SMS - you have a limited selection of alert tones, and cannot load your own, like nokia..

If they somehow get symbian onto the sonyeric750 or newer, then it would be *way* better!

Just been comparing the voting results and the sony k750i is slightly ahead.
Both these phones are due out next week on O2 in the UK and I need to make a decision pretty quick. So if anyone has the time just to say a quick which is better it will help, as I don't wanna make the wrong choice and be stuck with a non wanted phone for 12 months.
                    Thanks

I bought this phone 'sim-free' because I am fed up with providers restricting features, and 'over-branding' the phone!
eg - making 4 buttons do the same thing - internet!!
                      - bluetooth functions restricted artificially
                      - MP3 capabilty restricted artificially
                      - many 'custom buttons' locked artificially

I get full functionality with VirginMobile, with setups provided by the Nokia website...

the only thing you need 3G for is 'video calling' if you desperately need it - I find it easier to just record video (yes, both work!) and send it..

the 'active standby' mode is great, Five shortcuts are available, with your appointments below, and most of the menu is movable/modify-able to your taste..

I want to get this phone but I don't think that would be smart since there is no 3G in the Philippines. Bah!

I like this phone, but I have one question, maye ye good folk could answer. what kind of True tone does it use, is it AMR format or MP3? I hope it's the later as AMR sounds terrible.

                                    umang,
there is nothing wrong in buying the phone, but if u have already a 6630 then dont upgrade it just wait for the nokia N series. I am in USA and here also there is no 3G But i bought this phone for my brother in India. India will bring 3g in another year from now.
