It's ugly, too expensive, and bigger... and the mobile have more than the same...(look 6630, 3230...) symbian, pictures, mp3... but, what more? videoconfenrence? for what?...

im sorry jiji_becally, but if you dont own a nokia phone then u havent noticed that they the true screen andbody of the phone does not break because almost all of them are protected by the face plate covers so the screen that breaks and body is only the face plate not the cellphone so b4 u post nythin else research plzz. o ya i have dropped my 6600 about 5-6 times and never broke, few little scratches, didnt even have to replace the faceplate. match that with sum flip phones they break as soon as it hits the floor. lost 2 flip and 1 slide by accidentally dropping it

Nokia 6680 3G imaging smartphone starts shipping

Finland, 21 March 2005 – Nokia announced that it has started deliveries of the Nokia 6680, which is based on the leading Series 60 Platform. The 6680 was introduced just a month ago at the 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, France. The Nokia 6680 imaging smartphone boasts a two integrated cameras, a flash, the Nokia XpressPrint printing solution, an active slide for easy camera activation and a bright screen of up to 262,144 colours. this phone is fine first one with video calling which is an awesome feature and 1.3mp camera is perfect for me since nokia cameras are awesome. it should have the same quality as the nokia 6630. even though this phone doesn't have fm radio i can easily buy a nokia fm radio headset which is probably compatible with this phone since it is compatible with all nokia symbian phones. also with symbian this should be an awesome phone meaning lots of cool programmes like n gage games and emulators like megadrive etc. will be worth the money for its features.

nokia still not yet produce symbian phone has these feature!!!!
262 TFT colour screen or better
stereo Mp3 and fm radio stereo
edge gprs speed
longer battery life at least 4 days bat life
symbian os S60 7.0/8.0 or better and fast processor speed
1.3mp camera sensor or better
have both infrared port and bluetooh port
memory card slot SD
and etc...
If nokia can produce this kind of phone i would care the price or the desingn is nice or not i will just buy it

i'm just wondering .. now there is alot of new models coming out n they r coming out 5mp .. 16mil resolutions which is the highest at the moment.. n nokia just started to use 256k tft screen..they r the first in the market who launch 1mp camera fone (7610) back to last year... n now nokia still coming out models wid 0.3mp n maximum 1.3 mp 4k n maximum 65k resolution.. SE n SAmsung is gonna kick nokia out of market real soon if they keep coming out boring design's... =)

Another features-packed phone from Nokia. Good looking. But one sad thing is that nokia still uses CMOS lens. If only Nokia can replace it with a CCD lens...everything will be perfect! And I heard that Nokia is currectly developing its new Series 60 3rd Edition (Symbian OS V.9.1), I wonder if 6680 is running this new OS? Wow~

One of the best phones nokia has launched...be it design/ camera/ pixel view.... i know it would be difficult to give a comptt.. to sony ericssons 700i( read the review in gsm arena)... and i would be more than happy if it gives out amazing results with its camera... but rightly said by some of my freinds that we should not compare it with a digi cam... rather than a mobile phone..
