Oppss... Im sorry to tell you.. I have a doubts that you will not be able to enjoy your 3G capabilites there.. I don't know Im not sure if they are only doing this in the US.. They change the frequency that they will use for the 3G here in the US.. They will be using 1900Mhz.. I don't know about CANADA..
Yes they got softwares in the Nokia Website.. Click on the 6682.. both phones are thae same..

i just knew the cause and posted this for it might help anyone.
i know the cause accidently and it was that i am installing kaspersky antivirus and i don't know why its real time protection icon is causing such crash when i play video in full screen mode but i entered to the settings of the program and disabeled the icon for real time protction and now video plays normally in full screen mode.thanx god.

plzzzzzz anyone help me i got a big problem as when i am playing a video and switch to the full screen mode the screen appears blank or black and no video appears although the sound is continued in playing and when i exit the full screen mode the video appears normal again , i don't know why???????
plz help me and what can i do to solve this problem?????

first of all please if you have a 6630 do everything you can to get the 6680 youre gonna have 2x thebattery life time up to 6h
256 colors compared to 65 and aprotected camera i laso equiped it with the d-15 headset adapter for mp3 it's my only mp3 player
and every one that hasa 6680 in canada get the 6682 it has 850 mhz 1800mhz 1900 mhz and canada uses 850 1900 gsm network fido or rogers
just get a more powerfull battery compatible the the phone since it only has 4h batery life time but this is a north american and canadian cell !!!!

Well its good to know that this phone is handy.I have a friend who has accidentally dropped it in water.When he took the headset out he tried it out and to avail its not working.SO he consulted his friend who more or less help hm by just putting the phone is a silicon get and the next day he tried it out it worked fine.He can't claim warranty cause nokia dun accept damages that are inflicted as in this case.Well im not saying its good but its worth a shot.it may not have the same features or as good as an n70 but at least its far ahead then the 6630 and others.And another amazing feature is that it has two 1.3 megapixel cameras one located in the front and the other one at the rear end.Its definitely a 3g phone.And definitely worth buying.And not to mention its has flash to ^_^

Whazz Up Guys ! Well almost 6 months i'm using NOKIA 6630. Now i plan to change to NOKIA 6680. Such a great function. I like the shape of the phone and one more is admired me about two side camera with flash.
I am working in call centre enviroment. (Celcom Network) This webpage its very helpful for me to get to know more mobile phone products and specifications. Its help to give more info to my cust. here goes.. for Q2 YESS its a solid phone.. feels solid to me.
for Q3.. well as for me it depends where your you will use the phone..
because the 3G capabilities of this phone will not work in the US..

ho i have 6680 i have installed samrtmovie and i have played movie when it starts in 2 seconds it hanged and if u lower the volume or higher or press any keys the sound is gone and the it hanged in 2 seconds can u help me how to fix this problems

Hi there! I need your HELP.
I have been saving up to buy Nokia 6680 from last few months and now when I got that amount the new Nokia N70 is in the market (with very high price tag) teasing my budget in a big way :o) but sadly I have to settle for Nokia 6680 due to the money problems.
I will appreciate if you guys can answer to my questions.
Q1. the Voice Memo of 6680 only allows 60 seconds of recording - is it possible to increase that time braket like 5 minutes or 10 etc per memo duration?
Q2. I got a bad habbit of droping my phones so is it a solid phone?
Q3. I know it sounds silly but is 6680 a good reliable phone to have?

now you need to subsrcibe.. don't worry its free, but you have only 20 downloads a day.
I suggest you download the themes into your computer then transfer them to your phone..
Don't let zedge send them to you.. I think they charge for that service.

hi if i talk about nokia phones then these phones r good verything is fine .but there
is only onething which i dont like about mobile phone nd that is sound quality nokia mobile phones has a pethatic sound quality that's why i dont use nokia mobile phones everyone know that sonyerickson phones r best in sound quality nd motorola as well nd there is one more problem which is nokia phones r not that much good looking phone these r fine but so good .

Cause ive taken this phone apart, i haven't seen no retractable antenna!
The only Nokia phone ive seen with an retractable antenna so far is the N8850/90
So where did you buy it? define your so called Flea Market?
Let me guess.. Greenhills? hmmmnn.. Streets of Recto? or Divisoria?
Well I think for the price you paid for it.. and you mentioning the place you bought it..
you got it pretty expensive!
I could have got that in Glorrieta with the price you paid and with warranty!

i just got my unit yesterday, at the flea market of our local mall. got it for PHP20,800, no warranty, black edition though. i cannot seem to find the retractable antenna. pls help. tia.
