Hey keepgood, the solution to your problem is with you. All you need to do is to intall the pc suite onto your comp again using the cd provided with the phone and then once you have done that you can use your data cable just like earlier, although I must also add that nothing is as fast as a card reader. Its just unbeatable.

previously i was very happy doing all kool stuff in ma cel via data cable but now i installed a new xp window in ma pc but now ma data cable is not being installed so wat should i do now ????should i buy a bluetooth kable 2 transfer data or i must buy a memory card reader so serve me for images games and other data transfer?plz reply soon i am much worried .... :-(

Well jack the problem you said occurs only when you install a software which is not compatible with the phone and during the installation itself a message does come up saying that the program may not be compatible with your phone The only way you can now remove the software from your phone is to attach your phone to the computer and delete the entire folder containing the program

hi my 6681 is giving me trouble when i try to install any third party software. For example when i try to install a camcoder or a mp3 player , the software gets installed and i can see the icon in main menu but the software does not run. when i go to the tools application manager there i dont see the installed software in the list but i can see it as installed in the log.
Please help me i am in great trouble bcos of this

hi Guys i bought my nokia 6681 cellon the 3ed of march, it is a good samrt phone. I liked its features (the in build softwares ) and the sound quality. it is really a worth buy. Let me make it quite clear that in good lighting the cell produces great quality images.

Thanks Vic, I got all the softwares from nokia.com.
But, the video editor software is not working. I get a warning which says the software may not be compatible for the device. i have sent a feedback to nokia, i think they will rectify it.
Any wayz thanka a lot.

Does it play aacplus v2 file (aka eaac+).

This phone does not feature a fm radio and you cant install it either. The video recording is in the 3gp format and the maximum recording time is 1hr.

hey srm Well I just checked on what you said dude you can find the installable ie sis file for quick office as well on the nokia website Thats how I got mine although it has been noticed that the softwares available for certain phones is not the same in some countries In that case just go to nokia.uk and you can search for the softwares for the 6682 model as it was released there(its the same phone) Hope this helps and yes in dim light the photo quality does come down but as is the case with most camera phones Good lighting is essential and guys lets not complain about that after all its supposed to be more of a phone you know How much can you expect from it All I can say is it is comparatively better as compared to other phones in its category ie 1.3mp phones And guys as in seriously isnt it time we put this argument about which phone is better the 6630 or the 6681 The best place to know all about both the phones is right here at gsmarena Let each person decide for himself After all its a personal opinion!!

download the "Torch" or "Disco light" software for using your cell as torch instead of using its video camera!
symbian is nothing without external softwares!!!

i got 2 problems with nokia 6681. first one is if u use the camera at night its has some dots on the picture.u will notice it when u print it or view it in a computer. 2 nd one is it shows memory full most of the time even i use only a few softs.Even i cant receive sms when this thing happens. it a waste of money and u don't get a fm radio with it

hi guys i buy this fone on feb 2nd. as i had a very much review what to buy 6630 or 6681. as 3g is not yet cumming i buy this fone as my choice. all the features r good but the weight is heavy in my pocket.added 512mb NCP DV RS MMC. working well no probs.i ordered 4 white but the bad guy give only black.
i discovered a new feature that is u can use it as torch in night buy going to video n start recording the flash will on n giv a little light.

the reason nokia is leading in the mobile industry is because they make phones for us and not for them they LISTEN to our wails when something isn't good with one model and upgrade it immediately
they include everything that are now fast becoming basic and a must for every mobile phone
nokia phones are very conventional in any aspect like its casing can be exchanged easily and is widely available and affordable
its more solidly made and its very basic in a sophisticated way
they make it a point that each phone wont bore its user with its expandable ability like is programs, applications and its memory
and i rily luv this phone!! but im currently using a v802se which is from sony ericsson and it rily sucks! its very fragile and very incompetent not to mention sony mem stick are very expensive! i hope someone would buy this phone for me so that my nightmare would come to cease at last!!! nokia is here to stay because its the phone of the people created by and for the people
no strings attached!
