I have been using this phone for more than two months now and it has been real smooth going ever since. I have it in black and it definitely looks a lot more stylish than the other colours available. There is no change in the hardware but it comes with the latest firmware and is very stable and definitely does not hang or restart as was the problem with the earlier version. As some of my pals on the forum were wondering the sound is stereophonic through the headset and monophonic through the loudspeaker but trust me the quality of music through the loudspeaker rocks. There is no way you can install a radio on this phone as it is totally a hardware function. I have put in a 512mb card and have all the music in the world on my phone. This phone rocks and although there arent too many differences in between the 6630 and this phone, you sure will feel the difference if you hold the phones in your hand. This phone is easily a better choice and the prices have come down as well 15700INR. Hope this helps those looking for answers.

as for someone who has a problem with pictures(having lot of grains), i would suggest to keep the phone still till your image is stored. this was what i have been told in the showroom. you should not immediately move your camera after taking picture. wait till the image is saved. thanks

Hey guys! Great story about my purchase of 6681! Had a 6630 which i found to be bulky...I know the 6681 is heavier, however the feel is smaller compared to 6630. In any case my wife prefereed the 6630 compared to 6600 which i was using. Had to go in for a better option. The features i was looking for was; megapixel camera, flight mode(cause i travel a lot), fm radio/Mp3 player etc. I bought a SE W 550i, the screen hung, plus the swivel action was a bit too cumbersome. Then changed to SE W 800i, unfortinately its not available in other exchangable colours except for the "ugly orange". So finaly went in for 6681. OK - it doesn't have fm - but I figured that when u want to listen to fm its at home or in the car - where u pretty much have accessibility. I upgraded to 512 mb on the 6681, and now i find that its much better than any SE model. Particulary with a much better user interface. The new symbian 6 series, upgraded version 8.0, better than 6630.Go for it!!

i got mine about a month ago and it is the best phone i have ever owned and it kills my old s710a in every aspect I LOVE THIS PHONE

Excellent display, excellent camera, good stereo music player. Improved processor, faster than the 6630. I love this phone. Hats off to you Nokia.

well, well , well ...according to me if i can advise anybody: forget about buying dat fone just simply cuz if we compare nokia 6681 and nokia 6630, there is pratically no differences about the options , the is the same , n for mokia 6630 it has the best hardware than any other , n one important thing: ITS CHEAPER!! so ppl if u r lookin 4 a smartphone wich has a megapixel camera, mp3, etc... instead of nokia 6681 ud betta go 4 nokia 6630 which is the best .

Hi Folks,
I bought this phone 2 weeks before, it is working fine, but i found a problem with it. If a picture is taken, it looks very grainy, but when v look the same pic in gallery it looks very good. In otherwords when u view the pic after shooting immediately the pic quality is very poor with lots of grains on the pic, if u the save the pic and view it thru gallery it looks fine. I went to nokia show room to check the problem, they say it is very common with 6680 & 6681 phones, i went thru so many user opinions,but i didnt find anyone commenting on this issue, pls guys tell me, is this the problem with my handset or is this common with every nokia 6681 mobile phone..

Hi folks,
I have just taken a nokia 6681 at new year eve.When I try to transfer the data from this phone via bluetooth to some other phone such as (Nokia 6260 or Nokia 3230) the data transfer rate is very poor, it takes around 4 minutes for transferring 3MB of data--mp3/3gp/or any kind of data. when transferring from 3230/6260 to this phone or any other phone it just takes 1 minute for same data. Is this the bluetooth speed in all 6681 or there is some problem in the set. Please, suggest some way to resolve it.

I have only had my phone for 2 days now & the cameras don't work when I have used the phone for more than an hour. The phone seems to freeze - has anyone else got this problem. plse adv, i'm considering changing the phone and getting another model. thanks
