i don't mind about the fm radio since i'll be gettin an mp4 player with fm radio headset but anyway to the question. does this only accept up to 128mb in memory like the 6680. also since this has a mmc/sd card slot does this mean that it might work like the n gage like a mass storage device or do i need a card reader ? i really hate using the card readers cos one messed up my mini sd card.

According to Nokia's website, the 6681 does not support the FM headset. The 6680 does tho.

The main differance i see in Images taken with 6681 & 6230i is that the ones with 6681 have a bluish tinge to them & the ones with 6230i are more closer to the natural color..

            To brokken_smile,
Well frankly speakin both the mobiles u were interested in havent been relased yet into the market..But there are a few preview pics of snaps taken from them by some journalists..some are present even on this website in the first look feature of these mobiles..
In those pics i feel 6230i has a slight edge over 6681..
Check them out & see for urself..

Yes.. It does support playback of Mp3 song and they can be used as a ringtone as well.

It does support the FM headset.

The Nokia 6681 is better than the 3230.. 6681 has a faster processor.

It will only play stereo through the headset.. Not through the loudspeaker.

It uses DV RS MMC (Dual-Voltage Reduced-Size Memmorycard)

Hope it answers some of your questions :)

rage, the 3230 is more a business fone than a imaging one and the 6681 has both things, it's simply perfect! i suggest u 2 buy the 6681, like i m going 2 do ;)

Good thing this phone doesn't have a reduced size mmc card. I like the design of this phone and it has a good 1.3 megapixel camera

the nokia website says "Music player with stereo audio" but the phone itself has only one speaker. stereo sound is through the headset/headphones only.

this will be cheaper than 3230 because of the lack of the radio
