i've owned this phone over a year, but i encountered many problems like when i switch my bluetooth it hanged up also when i take pictures sometimes it hang and the flash is still switch on so i have to turn off the phone.... but i am so glad that it reached one yer coz my phone ends only for months..... now i use c3 and it is better but the camera of c3 is not good it does not have flash,,, i just want to share my experiences to those who want to buy this phone

I think the nokia 6700 is the best! I mean its got 5 meg camera, titanium good use of internet, but sadly it has'nt got wifi!

If you happen to have any problems, Nokia customer service is the worst. Had the 6700 classic gold go dead after 3 weeks of use. Brought in to store, they did not want to replace so they have had in service for over 3 weeks. Called Nokia headquarters after 2 days of arguing with Nokia customer help. Still nobody is doing anything. Stay away from all Nokia products better get a iPhone or Android.

Anonymous, 21 Oct 2010yeah nino same problem with me:( i've to press my *,0 and ... morehard steel casing is one diffcult thing about this unit, I dont think it can be opened but to be more sure bring your unit to NOKIA authorized center if they can fix your keys * 0 # otherwise if pressing a little harder does not bother you then let it be that way.

frustated with the phone. has many problems witih the bluetooth n nokia care centre not willing to help. regretting y i bought this phone.

I did'nt have any single problem with my unit, even I accidentally dropped it 2 times....oh ya minor thing, I have to press a little harder on keys 0 and * buttons because of the impact when I dropped it, otherwise still working almost perfectly, still.

Very dissapointed witht he fone -
screen is fragile
volume button sticks and is poor
keypad not rugged enough
reception can be unrelaiable
